You were sitting in a hospital bed feeling very weak. An IV was in your hand and it was dripping cold water into your veins at a slow pace. You had a hand on your chest for it hurt from the wheezes and coughs that wracked through your body. You had only fallen down with this illness a few days ago,but it quickly progressed into something that had your mother dragging you into the exceedingly clean ER by your ear. The woman barely even stuck around! Of course with you being 18,you technically didn’t need her there with you,but she knew damn well about your fear of hospitals. She stuck around to help fill out your paperwork then left,saying your father needed help with ‘something’. You huffed and ran a hand through your brown long hair that you were very tempted to pull back with a hair tie . So you did just that,grabbing the hair accessory from your purse and pulling your hair back. You sighed and leaned back to lay down on the slightly comfy bed. The nurse who stuck the needle into your hand told you before she left that the doctor would be in as soon as he can. She sensed your fear as she put the IV in,feeling you shake like a dog in the cold,and told you that she would send specifically him so you could get a diagnosis faster,thus making your stay quicker. You agreed,just wanting out of this god forsaken building. It’s been an hour since the nurse left and you were beginning to get impatient.
