First Day Of Rehearsal
It Was An Accident!
Once everyone had their scripts, lots of students started complaining to Mrs Kwon.
“Miss! Why am I not Juliet?!” “Miss! I’m suppose to be Juliet!” “Miss! Can’t we change roles?” “Miss! I don’t want to be in the play!”
“Everyone! Can you please be quiet and sit down!” Mrs Kwon slammed her book onto the desk, making everyone shut up and quickly, but quietly, sit down at their desks. “No one is going to be Juliet except ~~~~~.” She stated.
“Why is it always her?” A girl asked.
“It’s not ‘always her’, since we haven’t even done the play before.” Mrs Kwon rolled her eyes.
“I want a proper reason why I can’t be Juliet!” Another girl crossed her arms. Numerous amounts of murmurs could be heard throughout the classroom.
You just casually sat on your seat, not caring about anything.
Mrs Kwon sighed, "Juliet's character is a pure and innocent person who listens well. I think that ~~~~ matched the character well."
Woohyun nearly laughed out loud, and tried extremely hard to keep it in. A few students looked his way. He silently snorted, *Devil?! Innocent and pure? And listens well? That wasn't the first impression that I got when I first met her..* Myungsoo raised an eyebrow in amusement, *Really? Innocent and pure? This teacher doesn't know the story..* "Alright, everyone! Let's begin to briefly read through the scripts." Mrs Kwon opened up the first page and started reading.--
After what felt like forever, Mrs Kwon got up to the balcony scene.
"Right, since this is a crucial scene in the play, we'll practice this one. Come along everyone."
Once everyone arrived at the theatre, they saw that the balcony was already set up.
You raised an eyebrow, *Is that thing safe to stand on?*
"Now, ~~~~~, remember that you have to be dramatic and look sad."
