“You can punish me! Do whatever you want to me! I deserve it anyway!” He knelt before her and opened his arms wide, Roman soldier style and looked up at her as if waiting for a really hard punishment

“Just get up Jung Yonghwa, we’re going to your first schedule in few minutes” She said and wanted to leave but he hurriedly got up and held her by the arm

“I hurt you… I know that very well! And I’m so sorry!” He said looking all serious

“But your sorry won’t give back my first kiss” She mumbled irritably

“”What did you say?” he asked not really understanding what she said

“I say, let’s go and attend your first schedule for today!” she urgently said

“Let go yonghwa, we’re seriously getting late” She calmed her breath

“We’re not going anywhere, till you tell me you forgive me” He stubbornly said

She sighed and pinched both his cheeks with her hands and looked at him while he looked back in awe, mesmerized by her bright eyes

“Who said I’ll forgive you easily? Hmm? Did I say that? Tell me?” she tightened her pinch and hurt him

“A-ahh! Appo” he complained

“I’ll punish you, no offense, but not today, let’s go to work right now! Shall we” she meanly smiled and let go of him

“Ouch, okay okay! Let’s go! Ah cham what is the punishment?” he asked as he rubbed his cheeks

“I still didn’t get to think of a good punishment for you! I don’t wanna think it shortly, afraid I might go easily on you” she smirked

“I’ll take anything”

Seohyun sat alone with yonghwa at his assigned room in the company

They were at FNC reading through the script of Yonghwa’s new drama

He glanced at her and found her concentrating on the script reading it carefully, he found himself smiling foolishly at himself, then shook his head and went back to his own reading

She glanced up at him as well, and her eyes settled on his hand, he was wearing the Rolex watch she got for him on his birthday, she wonders how he got it as they left in the karaoke room after he threw it on the table

Then suddenly her phone rang, she picked it up without seeing

“Yeoboseyo? Seo. Juhyun, Manager to Jung Yonghwa, talking” she said in one breath, making yonghwa smile again, her introduction to herself has a nice ring on it with his name involved

He noticed the sudden change in her facial expression

“What is it now?” she snapped “I’ll be there” she said and hang up

Yonghwa eyed her questionably

“Yonghwa-ah! I need to meet someone down at the lobby! I won’t take long! I’ll be back within minutes” she said in a controlled tone

“Arasseo, be safe” he chanted as she left

Minutes later, his curiosity won over him , it was rare for someone to visit her at the company, and he was sure it’s unrelated to work ,

He found Seohyun crossing her hand and wearing an upset face in front of a man that he doesn’t know, he was having his back facing him anyway,

He came closer and stood behind a huge pillar in the lobby

“I’m sorry baby okay?! It was a mistake and will never happen again!” He sounded desperate

“It was indeed a mistake but the unforgivable kind of mistakes! So it was useless for you to come all the way here! Because I’m not changing my mind” she coldly said

“I promise to behave and be better for you! Give me a chance! Here, I made a reservation in a restaurant! Let’s celebrate your birthday together! Hum! Please say yess” he pleaded

“I suppose you took more than you deserve of my time! you know the way out, I’ going back to work” she walked back to where she left yonghwa earlier

Yonghwa found himself at the main office of the company

“Can I have the CV of Miss Seo Juhyun? My manager” he coolly said he doesn’t know if he was allowed to get that but he tried to work his charm

The woman working there handed him over the CV smilingly “Sure”

He went through her personal information, and found out that she was born on 22/06/1990 oh! His birthday was only one week away from hers that gave him a nice and weird feeling!

Shrugging it off, he handed back the file and went back to his room

“Where were you? You took long” Seohyun tried to smile at him as she looked up from the script

“A-ah? I was in the restroom! Everything okay? You had a guest” he asked not sure of what to say

“Fighting Joohyun! You don’t need anybody to be with you! So just be happy… here … all by yourself” she slowly ate her seaweed soup, feeling all miserable as the empty corners of her apartment silently answered her lame words to cheer herself up! Why should every phase of her life end up pathetic and odd!

Ha! Why on earth do they even celebrate birthdays! For god sake people you are growing older not younger, soon you’ll get wrinkles and shaky limps or even Alzheimer’s! She tried to convince herself

“I’m too young for wrinkles and Alzheimer’s! I’ll probably get crazy, that’s more convenient in my current age” she hugged herself, as even the liquid soup seemed to stuck in harshly, putting her spoon down, she got up and walked to her cupboard, taking out a tea packet and dipped it in a cup of boiling water

“What’s gonna happen if you came and celebrated with me Dad? Of course no volcano’s gonna erupt or a black hole is absolutely not gonna swallow up the town” she scoffed to herself

Ding Dong!

“Oh! Somebody still remember I’m alive” she waved her hand in the air in a silly way and walked to the door lazily

She opened the door and in instant she was pushed inside the apartment by force and the door was closed harshly

Once inside she found herself facing an all covered up man, baseball cap, a huge scarf covering his face, Shades… seems an expensive one! A black leather jacket, over a Bon Jovi t-shirt, blue jeans and black converse shoes

“W-who the hell are you?” Seohyun trembled as she faced him

As he removed the cap and all heavy stuff off his body, she let out a sigh of relief as his handsome face came in plain view

“Morning! Manager!” He smirked

“Yonghwa-ah! What are you doing here!?” she asked as she crossed her hands against her chest

“Oh! I miss my manager! We used to stick together like glue, so I suddenly regret giving you this day off! Oh you look so cute by the way” He smiled so sweetly at her and eyed her clothes, she was wearing, a yellow head band, her fringes pushed pack, bare face… she’s gorgeous even without makeup, her pale blue pajamas, bare feet

“Hahaha! Aren’t you supposed to lazy out on your apartment? You’ve been working so hard those days! You should relax a bit” she chuckled

“Annio! We’re gonna spend today, together! Let’s go and chill somewhere!” he suggested cheerfully

“Oh! That explains the way you dressed! It’s inspired of a ninja or so” she motioned to his scarves and disguise while rubbing her chin as in deep thoughts

“Ah! No I’m not wearing this anymore! I’m leaving my disguise here! I’m going out with my manager, which is very natural I don’t need to hide, and fear scandals” he explained

“Then why did you wear it in the first place?” she asked puzzled

“Because I didn’t want to be seen getting inside your apartment, I didn’t want to ruin your privacy” he grinned and she smiled back, and he was mesmerized by her smile that it sent his heart thumping loudly

“Now go change, we’re going out!” he said and checked his watch nervously

“Ah, yea!” She said and went upstairs “MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME! GRAB SOMETHING TO DRINK” she shouted from upstairs

He walked around the living room, her apartment was pretty big and luxurious for a girl living alone, must be from a well-off family
