Description

A city divided by the actions of two rival gangs leaves Policd Officer Kim Seokjin constantly on edge in order to keep the city safe. But when the rival leader Kim Namjoon takes a shot to the shoulder in a street fight and winds up at the hospital, he catches the interest of nurse Baek Ahyoung, who is secretly fascinated by the city's underground population.

As tensions between rival gangs heat up and the relations between police and people are strained, Officer Kim tries to balance his duty towards those he loves, and his duty to the law.
