He who longs the sunSilently she stormed back to Hwanuk, crashing through the sharp metal plates. Restless but careless as they grazed her cheek, crimson trickling down her her neck as she ignored it and strode faster and faster. Hwanuk was staring at his hands by the side of his bed, tears staining his face and his shoulders held low.
“Lets go!” Hawol said, her voice trembling but steeled. Hwanuk looked at her, confused. The disturbance in her face, he had never seen it before but that night, he saw it. She was terrified. He held her shaking fingers strong, unwavared, almost like he had returned as a warrior ready to save her. But Hawol’s eyes were dark with fears, she was white and pale. He lost her.
“Please, we have to go.” she said, her eyes tearing up and shaking just as hard as her arms.
“They’re coming. The people, they’re going to kill you.” Hawol said, never leaving his eyes as if she was trying to remember them for the last time. His strong grip on her arm loosened and he could as if feel the ground shaking from their hard, determined stomps. Hawol was right.
