Birthday Boy;

Baekhyun woke up like really late the next morning because he didn’t have any class that day – such a coincidence though. He woke and sat on his bed only to see his empty bedroom. It had seemed that Joonmyeon and Sehun already gone to their classes.

The first thing that Baekhyun did was taking his phone and opened to see if he got any more birthday wishes but sadly none. He raised his eyebrow. Weird. But he thought that maybe s will throw him a surprise birthday party.  Wow, such a surprise.

Baekhyun didn’t mind though. He could just act like he surprised with it.

With messy hair, Baekhyun walked out from his room and off to kitchen because he was feeling hungry. At the kitchen, he met with Kyungsoo – his favourite dongsaeng. The one he liked to annoy with and he didn’t mind to be hit. Yes, Byun Baekhyun is a weird kid. “Oh!” he said, and then quickly made his way toward Kyungsoo which stood by the sink. “Kyungsoo-ah!” he shouted cutely, only to be push away by Kyungsoo again.

“Get out.”

Baekhyun stopped, only 1 meter between them, pouted cutely. “I just want a hug.”

Kyungsoo rolled his eyes. He wiped off his wet hands after washing the entire dirty dish left by his other dorm members. He turned around and then said. “I save you some chicken soup.” He pointed the pot over the stove.

Baekhyun turned brighter as if flowers were surrounding him and Kyungsoo shined too much. “Kyungsoo-ah,” he said, again in cute tone, quickly jumped to hug his favourite dongsaeng.

“Ya-” Apparently Kyungsoo couldn’t escape from Baekhyun’s attack and ended up being hugged by Baekhyun. He mentally sighed as he moved his hands and patted Baekhyun’s shoulder. “Sure, sure, can you get off me because I need to go to my class now,” he said.

Baekhyun released the hug and smiled. “Thank you.” He thanked, and waited. Well, he was actually waiting for any birthday wish from Kyungsoo – still shameless. But Kyungsoo just walked past Baekhyun and went toward the kitchen counter and took his bag. Baekhyun pouted. Maybe later?

“Where’s everyone?” Baekhyun asked then, took the spoon near him and tasted the chicken soup.

“They already went out.” Kyungsoo replied as he wore his bag.

“Ah,” Baekhyun blinked his eyes.

“See you later.” Kyungsoo said and the left the house.

It took a few minutes before Baekhyun snapped from his dreaming. He looked to his left and then to his right. “I’m…” he looked forward. “Alone?”

Whoa, what a sad birthday boy.

After Baekhyun finished his breakfast – chicken soup with garlic bread prepared by Kyungsoo specially – he went to wash himself. Luckily he got text by his classmates that they wanted to celebrate his birthday. At least he didn’t lonely or abandon. But Baekhyun still stick with his t
