a little girl probably at the age of 6 or 7 runs  excitedly outside as soon as she saw a cab stops in front…

 

“oppaaaaa!!!!” she shouted while running

 

Smile crept on Yuri’s face as soon as she heard her. She opens her arms and carries the little girl…

 

“I miss you, I miss you, I miss you!” the little girl said giving a kiss all over Yuri’s face

“I miss you too…” Yuri chuckle, then kiss her forehead “HAPPY BIRHTDAY!... let’s go blow you’re candle”

 

The little girl nodded enthusiastically

 

“she’s so excited to see you again, Yuri-ssi…” one of the sisters said

“me too…” Yuri said “I’m sorry, for coming this late”

“it’s okay…, we’ll live you two alone”

“thank you”

 

“now make a wish” Yuri said holding the cake in front of the girl

 

The little girl closed her eyes and wish, and then blows the candle

 

“Happy Birthday…” Yuri said as she took something from her pocket “your gift…”

“really? For me” the girl asked

 

Yuri nodded “open it”

 

The girl opens a box and saw a ring…

 

“you like it?”

 

The girl nodded “but oppa, someone told me that if you’ll only give a ring to someone if you wanted to marry that person, are you going to marry me?”

 

Yuri laughed from surprised… “and who told you that?”

 

“Sister Audrey…” the girl answered

 

Yuri chuckled “then do you wanna marry me?”

 

The little girl nodded innocently

 

Yuri chuckled… “you see that ring, there’s only two of that in the whole world…”

 

“jeongmal?” the girl asked innocently taking the ring

 

Yuri nodded, smiling “just you and me” showing the ring on her finger

 

The girl smiled, then frown “but it doesn’t fit mine… it’s too big”

“and I’m really sorry about that… they made the wrong size for you” Yuri said “but I got you this..” taking another box, then open it… “I got this so you can wear it but not as a ring but as necklace”

“komawo~~~” the girl said cutely as she look at her new necklace “I have a gift for you too”

“really?” Yuri asked

 

The girl nodded as she took a drawing and handed it to Yuri

 

“is it me?” Yuri asked

 

She nodded as she hugged Yuri

 

“don’t change your mind and marry me” Yuri chuckled “komawo, Skyler-ssi”

 

 

 

Yuri felt sting on left side of her lip the moment she wakes up…, she took a pair of clothes on her drawer and went to the bathroom…

 

“aaah!” she groan when water touches her lip, after taking a bath, she look at the mirror and see the dark part of her lip “she got me pretty hard,” she sigh thinking that it will not heal any sooner

 

After checking herself in the mirror she went outside…

notice all members in the living room and never have a plan on greeting which she never did anyway but stop when Tiffany called her

 

“Yuri….” Tiffany called

 

Yuri stop, not looking at them but feeling everyone’s attentions on her “if it’s about what happen yesterday, please don’t bother”

“I jus----“

 

Yuri looked at her completely forgot the bruise on her face “don’t get the wrong idea”

 

“unnie!... what happen to you?” Seohyun asked worriedly as she went closer to her

 

 

“Yul, your face” Tiffany said as she consciously cupped her face “did you ge----“

 

Yuri grabbed her wrist as she glared at her

 

Everyone got alarmed, it’s not just anybody who’s grabbing Tiffany’s hand, it’s Kwon Yuri and they have no idea on what she might do to her

 

 

“let her go” Taeyeon said firmly as she took a step closer to them

“what do you think you’re doing?!” Jessica yelled “are yo-------“

“it’s okay…” Tiffany said

 

 

Yuri sighed annoyingly still grabbing Tiffany “just so you know, you’re lucky I have to be somewhere else yesterday because if not, I won’t even bother”, then let go of Tiffany hardly

 

“Kwon Yuri…” Taeyeon grabbed her wrist

 

“what, you’re gonna punch me?” Yuri said smirking

“just let her go, Taeng…” it was Jessica “she’s not worth it”

 

But instead of letting go, Taeyeon’s got grip got tighter

 

“how annoying…” Yuri said “are you gonna let me go or should I force you?”

“I’m no----“

“it’s okay, Taeyeon” Tiffany said as she took Taeyeon’s hand off of Yuri

“Tiff----“

“told you, I’m fine” Tiffany reassured her

 

Yuri took a step to leave but Tiffany called her again

 

Annoyance was evident on Yuri’s face “do you have any idea how irritating you are, right now?”

 

“thank you…” Tiffany said “for whatever reason, thank you for what you did”

But like her old self, she was cold and emotionless “they could call my mother a useless , for all I care... so don’t you ever think of a funny idea”

 

Then she looks at Taeyeon “last night was free and it’s a onetime thing…. So don’t you ever touch me again” then left

 

“where is she?! Where is SHE??!!!” angry Yongmin shouted on SNSD’s manager

“s-she left this morning” a nervous manager answered “I-I couldn’t get a hold of her”

“you couldn’t get a hold of her?!” Yongmin slammed his desk “then you bett----“

 

“no need to shout…” Yuri said as soon as she entered his office “I’m here…”

“what the hell did you do again?!”

 

“are you gonna stand there…” Yuri looked at her manager “go!”

 

The manager leaves hurriedly…

 

“you were just on the headline the other day, and now… you again!, what are you trying to prove?!!”

“before you put all the blame on me… have you forgotten, I called you to get a bodyguard so we can leave quietly, but what did you do?... you let us wait there for four ing hours”

“don’t you dare put the blame on me, Kwon Yuri!”

“well, if you’d just listen to me, it won't happen… and besides there were annoying… like hell”

“you’re pushing your luck to limit”

“oh?... did you just notice?” Yuri grin, teasing him

 

Yongmin clenched his fist

 

“wow!... I have been lucky for what; four years and 6 months... it’s been so long” Yuri said sarcastically “6 more months, and I’m sure… I can get out of this hell hole, or will you do me a favour and kick m-----“

 

“what the hell happen to your face!?”

“oh, are you worried right now?” Yuri said laughing “it doesn’t suit you”

 

“get out!”

 

Yuri smiled sarcastically “good day, sir…”

 

Yuri drove away from the building and took her phone when she got steady on the road

 

“Sister Audrey, Good Morning, it’s Yuri”

“Yul, how are you doing?... do you have a problem?”

“no… nothing I can handle” Yuri answered “but can I stay for a while?”

“yeah, of course… when?... so I could prepare your room”

“actually, I’m on my way”

 

Yuri bid her goodbye as she put down her phone…

 

 

“you did what?” Tiffany asked unsurely

“did you just say you hit her?”

“it was you?”

“why did you hit her?”

 

Questions from the members flooded on Taeyeon

 

“yeah… I hit her… it was me” Taeyeon confirmed

 

 

FLASBACK (last night)

 

Yuri punched the code welcome by the dark living room, what could she expect, her members chatting from what happen earlier when it’s exactly 1:14 in the morning…

 

She was gonna go directly to her room but stopped when someone called her from the dark

 

“Yul…” Taeyeon called as she turns on the lamp

 

Yuri sighed “if you’re gonna lecture me about what happen earli-----“

 

“thank you…” Taeyeon cut her off

 

Yuri just looked at her

 

“I wanna say thank you for what you did earlier”

 

Yuri let out a dry laugh “are you messing with me?”

 

“I meant it”

“whatever…” Yuri said and was gonna left when Taeyeon starts talking again

 

“I am the leader, I should’ve done something, I sho----“

“don’t you think it’s too late for that now?... it already happened and if you’re thanking me to make you feel any better, I don’t care but whatever you say right now, it’s not gonna change the fact that you just stood there ”

 

Taeyeon just looked down

 

“Tiffany, are you sure you two are friends?”

 

Taeyeon looked at her “what kind of question is that?”

 

“just wondering……….. you were just there, you know, standing there like nothing was happening”

“I don’t know what to do...”

“how can you say that she is your friend, when you couldn’t even be there to tell her that’s it’s gonna be okay?”

“she is my friend!”

“really?... cause that’s not what I saw earlier…” she said as she move closer to Taeyeon and whisper “stop pretending that you care for her...”

 

Taeyeon pushed her hardly “don’t you dare tell me that I don’t care about her!”

 

Yuri let out a dry laugh “is that how you care? Listening while some people were giving her a nickname… I don’t think Tiffany appreciate it”

 

“shut up!”

“What did they call her again? a ? a ? A mo-----“

 

Taeyeon grabbed her collar “if you say something again, I swear”

 

Yuri smirked as she whispered “motherless ”

 

and without a second, Yuri landed on the floor…

 

“argh!…” Yuri groaned as she laughed “your fist is no joke… remind me not to let you hit me again”,

“well remind me not to talk you again, !”

 

End of FLASHBACK

 

“why did you do it?” Hyoyeon asked

“I don’t know… things just got a little out of hand” Taeyeon answered

“you mean that little out of hand, ended on her face” Sooyoung said

Everyone gut cut off and stayed silent when Yuri walks to the living room

 

“I just came here to tell you that if that manager of ours whines that he couldn’t contact me, tell him I’m not missing…”

“why?... where are you going?” Tiffany asked

“well, obviously… we have few days before our promotion starts again, right?... so I’m having time of my own” Yuri answered

“Yul, you can’t do that” Sunny said “the preside----“

“I’m pretty sure, you already know that I don’t really follow order, don’t I?” Yuri said and was gonna leave when Tiffany block her way

“I seriously can’t take anything from you anymore” Yuri said sternly

 

 

“Tiff, just let her go” it was Jessica “I don’t care what you do, and I don’t in care what happen to you, but since we’re living on the same roof and no matter how much I hate being associate with your name is something we cannot be help… you can get bruise all over your face, for all I care but I hope you know that it’s not just you who’ll be in the headline news, you’re putting us all and all I’m asking for you is don’t make it harder than it already is”

 

Yuri smile dryly at Jessica “lucky you, headline is my middle name”
