Freshmen year has ended and summer has finally come. Every summer, Minseok is exclusively enrolled to a summer school or cram school. To Minseok, studying was like breathing, even when his dad suggests that he should hang out with his newly found friends he declines it. Luhan would complain and cry on the phone begging him to come on the guys' retreat houses but Minseok would refuse immediately then hang up.    Unfortunately, the school's owner of the summer house he attends every summer had died just months ago and no one wanted to continue so it was closed down.    But the good news is (for Minseok) the deceased owner had a daughter named Qian Song who Minseok immediately looked through her records then he personally asked if he could be tutored by her, at first she was hesitant because she wasn't a licensed teacher like his father, Minseok then says it's all right and she is fine as his tutor. She then agrees and thus starts his summer.   ---   Luhan also planned on calling me during the summer to hang out with the others but I'm good being alone. I've never experienced being together with other people of the same age just to hang out. It would always involve business with my dad and I would just tag along so I was good.   I told Luhan I refuse but I don't think he heard that. Anyway, back to my summer school.    Every summer I go to this private school to study in advance for the next school year, just to pass time.  But since the owner of the old school I go to is deceased, I have to go to the owner's daughter's house instead.    It was in an estate outside of the city, just a couple of hours away. It had an old Chinese feel. I suddenly remembered Luhan. The best part about this is I'll be taught in private, alone, I could concentrate better with this.   The driver opened the door for me and a butler held my briefcase full of books, a notebook, and a pen.   The gates auomatically opened and there's a stone garden spread on both sides of the house, it was symmetrical and pleasing to the eye. I thought to myself I'm gonna love staying here all summer.   A servant had opened the door for me. In front was a woman with long thick black hair.   "Welcome, Mr. Kim, I am Song Qian but please call me Victoria. I was expecting to see your father." She was looking at me from head to toe. "You have already brought your things, are you that excited to learn?" She joked cautiously.    "Kim Minseok, call me Xiumin. My father isn't in Korea at the moment. I had told him beforehand that I, myself, would be the one to explain to you the little details for my private classes."   Her expression seemed restless. "I see, let's discuss this out in the garden then we'll start." I followed behind her, a different servant this time led us behind the stairs, another servant waiting by the door, both of them opens it at the same time revealing the open air garden. It felt so relaxing.    She explains that she isn't a real licensed teacher, she had no classroom where she could teach properly. She, instead prepared a white board and other basic materials for teaching me.    We were led to a wide open white gazebo. In front of the gazebo was a lake, inside had a white board with a table next to it with her materials, at the left side was a cart with refreshments placed nicely, and in front of it was two white wooden tables and chairs. I raised my eyebrow.   "Why are there two tables?"    "Oh, I forgot to mention," She stopped in her steps and turned her head to look at me.   "I apologize Xiumin but, you aren't the only student I have."   What?   "She is a family friend's daughter and has been under my wing for years now, I hope you don't mind having a classmate–but if you prefer to be taught alone, I will give you a specific schedule when you can come back here." She suggested.    "She seems to be late as usual.." She mutters in Mandarin at the end but I could hear it clearly.    I thought for a minute.   if I get a specific schedule I would be alone, but then Luhan would suspect I was lying about the summer school thing and drag me everywhere with everyone.. it's only one person. It's a lady, and I assume she will be proper and wouldn't bother me. It wouldn't be that bad, right?   "It's alright." Was my final answer.   She looks down at her watch then sighs. "Let's start righ
