The lyrical mellow music created by the vibrating strings of the guitar, flooded the room as the medium haired brunette strummed her guitar. It was almost as if the notes were icicles and little bells mixed into one impacting combination. The brunette opened slightly, her voice strained as her bottom lip quivered with an overwhelming emotions washing over her. Yet the melancholy emotions were perfectly translated into a beautiful language despite her wavering voice. The sudden burst of emotions almost encouraged the grey clouds to drop its contents and in a flash, drops of rain resonated against the glass window.

 

Ribbons of dew slid down her porcelain cheeks as her bottom lip continued to quiver as she grimaced on her life. Her sadness mirrored the glum weather outside. Her delicate hands moving in an intricate movement halted, as she sobbed into her chest, carefully placing the guitar onto the ground. She continued to sob and curled up into a ball as the rain continued to fall.

 

Outside, she heard footsteps retreat into a new area and she knew that her world wasn’t going to heal but to crumble into smaller shards. The vibrations resonating from her phone had stopped long ago and it made her even more dejected. The loss of companionship was never easy, neither was losing a career.

 

She continued to whisper the lyrics as she stared blankly into the ceiling. The clouds getting darker and darker, as the sun descend upon the sky, marking the ending of the day and the beginning of the night as well as a new life.
