Hyorin POV

After numerous meetings with other bosses and their wives with their children, we finally met Mr and Mrs kim. They looked like an old couple at a first glance but after talking to them for a while, I realised that there was this spark in their eyes when they talked, and they talk with a lot of energy, making them seem like bright people. I knew that they were different from all the other people present at the annual companies event. Well, they still got me to meet their son just like the other bosses. “Jongin ah, come here and meet Ms kim hyo jung.”

‘Wait…don’t tell me its him right…’ I thought to myself. We stared in the direction where the couple called and saw a young man kissing some girl. ‘What a playboy,’ but well I have to say that his back profile doesn’t look too bad…I shall just see when he turns around. He stopped locking lips with the girl and walked towards us, bowing and smiling at the same time. I bowed as well, since this was basic courtesy. However when I stood up again to look at him, my eyes grew wide. “Kai?” “Hyorin?” We said at the same time.

“You know each other?” My parents’ asked. “Wow, you even though his nickname ms hyo jung. So I suppose you both are close?” His parents asked. “No.” We both replied at the same time. However, I think our parents took it the wrong way because they laughed and said that since we liked each other, there was no need to get shy about it and then they left us to give us some time alone
