After hanging out with dasom for a while, I needed to return back to my parents so that they can bring me around with them to introduce me to some other bosses of other companies, and so does dasom. We promised to meet each other about an hour later to continue hanging out with our parents’ permission. “Hyo jung ah, can you come here for a while? I would like you to meet Mr and Mrs Lee.” My father called me. “Ok appa. annyeonghaseyo. naneun hyorin ibnida. Nice to meet you.” I greeted them. Then they started to praise me about how pretty I was and how polite I was, then they started talking about their son and how suitable I would be to be their future daughter-in-law. I just smiled at them although I was worried for my life on the inside. Just as I was coming up with an excuse to leave the conversation, my mother called for me to meet Mr and Mrs Song. I secretly thanked her and excused myself to join my mother. So this was how the night went on, moving from my mother, then back to my father, then back to my mother and so on.

Also, there were many “future husbands” being brought before me. Most them looked rather handsome I would have to say but none of them have yet to caught my eye because they almost all looked the same: all so polite and well-kept that it was kind of a bore to just talk to them.
