After chasing, stalking and taking more than fifty-five hundred illegal picture of Baekhyun’s crush and his companion, Chanyeol finally had enough and forcefully dragged his smaller friend back to their hotel. It was ridiculous what they have been doing all day, not to mention creepy as hell and Chanyeol wasn’t really feeling like going to a foreign country’s jail anytime soon. Baekhyun whined and made a little fuss about it while Jongdae simply shrugged and said that Chanyeol was right and that he had had enough fun for the day.

A dazzling mix of white and blue architecture greeted them the minute they reached their hotel; a beautifully designed suite reserved just for their families. Chanyeol was pretty amused by how aesthetically colorful this country seemed to be.  

“It’s so unfair that they’re ing Chinese! Why the hell am I so unlucky? Why can’t they be Korean like us? What’s the point of being here if we’re not hooking up with anyone?! ! What makes it worse is that all the Korean tourists who came along are as ugly and old as ! Why are they so unfashionable? I mean aren’t all those Korean tourists from Seoul? Isn’t Seoul one of the world’s most famous fashion capitals? I hate you guys! Chanyeol you ! You can’t even take one damn picture that doesn’t look like a blurry alien invasion! You’re an unuseful giant idiot! Jongdae you’re a camel!” Baekhyun groaned dramatically; not minding one bit how shallow and racist he sounded by exclaiming those thoughts of his.

“Why drag me into this Baek? I didn’t do anything!” Jongdae said with both his brows comically raised upward.

“Exactly Jongdae. You didn’t do anything!”

“Can you please shut up for a second Baek? Like please? We’ve done what you’ve asked us to do. We invaded other people’s personal space for a whole day without saying anything, just so we can please your highness! It’s not our fault they turned out to be Chinese. And you know what? It’s not their fault either, neither is the other tourists’ fault for being normal people with a normal sense of fashion! So shut the hell up Byun!” Chanyeol took a deep breath after letting that out, feeling a tad bit proud of himself for managing to shut the overdramatic Baekhyun up.

Well at least for half a second, because who was he kidding? Baekhyun would never let anyone shut him up that easily.

“That was quite the speech Chanyeol. Wow I’m impressed. Well, not really but hey I don’t blame you for speaking out for yourself and the Korean tourists and the two hot Chinese dudes and not to forget for Jongdae over there. I had no idea you were a freelance lawyer mate, nice to know though.” Chanyeol gaped, Jongdae snickered and Baekhyun rolled his eyes. “And now, come cuddle with me Jongdae-ah! I don’t feel like going out anymore, not with him anyway.”

“Why would he cuddle with you when you just called him a freaking camel? You’re ridiculous Baek—wait where do you think you’re going Kim Jongdae?”

“I’m going to cuddle with my sad best friend and order us some pepperoni pizza. You can always join us if you want.” Baekhyun scoffed before stretching his arms for Jongdae so he could pull him down to rest next to him on his huge comfy bed.  

“No he can’t actually. He was mean to me Jongdae-ah. I won’t cuddle with him!” Chanyeol’s lower jaw dropped at that. He wasn’t being mean to Baekhyun, he was scolding him for being mean. Baekhyun is the mean one not Chanyeol for god’s sake!

“When was I mean to you? You’re the one complaining about two strangers being Chinese and about—you know what? this! I’m not wasting any more of my precious time on you Baek!” Chanyeol sent one last glare at Jongdae, who was already snuggling into Baekhyun’s chest intimately by that time. Then a dark, laser loaded one at Baekhyun who flipped his finger at him.

“Drama queen!” The dark brown haired male stormed towards the door after throwing that last insult and didn’t even care about shouting back the ‘ you!’ Baekhyun loudly spit at him.   

You see Chanyeol was pretty aware that he was being ridiculously childish and that the fight wasn’t even worth storming off dramatically like that, yet he couldn’t care less. Because Chanyeol was in desperate need of some alone time at the moment. He was forced to come here in the first place, his family was loud and annoyingly clingy and his friends weren’t any better at all. He deserved having a moment for himself. Chanyeol was going to spend the remaining hours of this day on his own, and he was going to have a blast.

He lazily walked down the stairs while pushing his overgrown fringe off his forehead; a white Polaroid camera slung casually around his neck. He was ready for his first adventure in Chania, more than ready actually. Chanyeol was going to take artsy pictures of this stunning city and drink fancy expensive wine by the end of his solo night out.

The brown haired male hastily stopped on his tracks when a familiar mob of dirty blonde hair caught his attention. It was Baekhyun’s crush’s friend, the one Baekhyun wanted Chanyeol to hook up with so he could shamelessly get into his taller friend’s pants.

The boy was grinning widely at a few multinational kids jumping around him; an acoustic guitar positioned on his lap as he absentmindedly ran his long thin fingers over the cords, creating a beautiful soft melody as he lost himself into the loud chatter of the adorable innocent kids. Chanyeol unconsciously took a few steps closer towards the Chinese boy, his eyes taking every little detail he could take from the attractive stranger’s face. Chanyeol was mesmerized by the boy’s deep dimples and light melodic sound of his carefree laugh. A dirty blonde fringe falling gracefully over the boy’s elegantly drawn brows, droopy eyes colored with the deepest shades of chocolate making his flawless pale skin look even more appealing than it already was. But what made Chanyeol gulp and harshly bite on his lower lip were the boy’s own pink plush delicious looking lips. It was strange how the Chinese stranger’s laugh made Chanyeol’s heartbeat speed up a bit. Strange and creepy, because Chanyeol couldn’t help but stare at the boy’s lips and for some reason imagine them pressed to his own. It was absurd, he was absurd. Baekhyun was finally getting to his head. God, Chanyeol was becoming a disgusting ert and that was not okay, not in the slightest.

The stranger was comfortably sitting on the edge of one of the hotel’s nicely designed ceramic waterfalls, a few red and purple petals floating on the water behind him. The kids were enjoying the free show the boy was giving them and so was Chanyeol if he had to be honest. He played guitar himself, probably even better than that boy yet he couldn’t help but shake his head lightly along every note the Chinese male hit.

When the boy smiled what looked like a goodbye smile at the kids and got on his feet, clearly planning on leaving to wherever the hell he was heading.
