SLY Girls' (Hangul: 시리이 길시) is a South Korean girl group created by AOMG. The members include Hani, Sina, Alice, Songhee, and Alyssa. They debuted on March 25, 2015 with the release of 'But Go'. On April 26, 2016, 'B.A.E' (Before Anything Else) was selected as group's fanclub name. 

Career

Pre-debut

On February 17, 2015 AOMG, co-CEO under Jay Park and Simon D annouced of the first group to debut under the label. They annouced it would be a girl group, which makes this girl group the first female artists under the company since it was opened in 2013. They would also have a hip-hop concept.

2015: 'But Go', Min and Rana's departure, Hani & J joining, 'I Feel Good', 'Every Night', U.Jin's departure, J's depature, Self

Members started to be revealed on March 1st. But before that on February 7th AOMG released a MV titled 'Change' and featured Jay Park. It was revealed that member and Jay Park wrote the song and the girl in the MV looked like ACES's desceased member Makayla. It turn out to be her twin sister Alyssa. 

On March 24th the girls single 'But Go' was released and they debuted the next day on 'Show Champion'.

Sadly on April 25th, two months after SLY Girls' debuted, AOMG announced that members Min and Rana would leave the group for their own reasons. Min wanted to focus on a quieter life while Rana would go down the path as an actress.

On May 15th, AOMG announced that SLY Girls' would make a comeback in June and with new members. The new members Hani and J were revealed on May 22nd.  On May 30th still cuts were revealed for the group's first mini album 'Hippity Hop' and title song 'I Feel Good'. SLY Girls' first mini album was released on June 7th and the girls hade their comeback stage on June 9th. A music video for 'Every Night' was released on July 4th, a few days after the girls started to promote the song. The girls did their goodbye stage on July 11th.

On August 10th AOMG announced that member U.Jin departed the group after health issues occured.

On November 4th it was announced that J left the group due to personal reasons after only 6 months of being in the group.

On November 8th it was announced that SLY Girls' would have their first subunit with Hani, ZE:A's Kevin, and a AOMG trainee. The trainee was later revealed to be named Alice and is positioned as a dancer and vocalist. A MV teaser titled 'Knock' was released on November 17th following the release of the single on November 20th and then their debut on November 21st at 'Music Core'. They ended their promotion period on December 13th.

2016: 'Baby Steps', Alice, 'Follow The Movement' tour, Sina&Alice join, pre-release, 'Crazy' comeback, fanclub name,

On January 15th AOMG announced that the three members will release a single album just for the 'Follow The Movement' and to be called 'Baby Steps'. It was released on January 27th.

SLY Girls' were confirmed to perform at AOMG's 'Follow The Movement' US tour and will introduce the two members joining the group for their comeback.

Trainee and Self member Alice was at the performance for AOMG and performed with Hani and performed SISTAR19's 'Gone Not Around Any Longer' on February 21st.

On March 5th AOMG announced that SLY Girls' would make a comeback in April with two new members following a pre-release song titled 'Cold Rain'. The two newest members Sina and Alice (who performed as a member of Self) were introduced on April 3rd. Their first public apperance was at AOMG's 'Follow The Movement' tour in the US where all five girls performed their debut song and others.

Their pre-release song 'Cold Rain' was released on April 5th following good reception.

SLY Girls' kicked off teasers for their comeback on April 9th and the title song to be called 'Crazy'. The full album was released on April 25th with members writing one song in the album. They had their showcase on the 26th following their comeback stage on the 27th at 'Show Champion'. On their showcase SLY Girls' announced their fanclub name to be B.A.E (Before Anything Else).
