I didn’t know then why you left,

Left me outside your door crying.

But now I know why you did what you did.

And now I hope that you don’t regret it.

As tears cascade down to my cheeks,

I felt my heart melt and gets weak.

I realized moving on is a long process -

That’s why I’ll make a way for me to find success.

Though a part of me will always hope and pray

That you’d be reminded of our old days

And that you’d miss me,

Even though I really want you to stay
