  --------------   I waited for her that night. It was late, and our manager kept calling me, threatening me to go home immediately. Eugh, so that's why they didn't take away our cell phones. After I got tired of waiting, I ate the food, it was just some plain rice with some basic side dishes-there's some eggs, anchovies, tofu, cabbages, not even chicken. Is she really that poor? But the food felt so....warm. Okay technically it was cold. But you get my point.   I waited for her until I fell asleep there in the cold. When I woke up, I realized it's morning. I could see rays of sunlight in the sky and rushed back to our dorm, hoping nobody noticed I didn't come home last night, and I ran away halfway recording. But I bet that old man is happy that I did what he wanted me to do.   When I reached home, to my relief, everyone was still asleep. I guess, with our tight schedules, catching up on sleep was more important than worrying about a troublemaker rebel who's out all night. The ambience inside the house was still dark, and I immediately jumped onto my bed, patted on my pillow but I couldn't feel asleep, tossed and turned but still wide awake, put on my ipod, hoping for my lullaby playlist would make me lose consciousness due to the dullness of the music.   Suddenly it reminded me of that night, her voice. I didn't record it. But it felt like it was never exactly meant to be recorded. It is something that should always be by my ears, alive in its true form. Her voice was not something meant to be kept confined in a CD, it was something meant only for my ears, she was meant to be by my side.   But why didn't she wait for me? Will I ever see her again? What if like before...she disappeared? How long will it take to find her this time? What if she stopped working at Star Empire?   With the endless train of thoughts running through my head, I fell asleep.     -----------------     "Jungmin-ah! Quick go clean the tables. We've full house tonight."   "Ne~!" I left the glasses and ran to the front to clean the tables. The club is short of servers tonight, so I had to do extra work, hopefully I'd be able to gain extra money. I don't want him to see me leading a bad life when he comes back.
