Giving Up
On Rainy Days
Minho stood there unmoved.
He just looks at Sulli’s disappearing car.
He walks to where he parks his car and boarded it.
He leans his forehead on the steering and shuts his eyes.
His head is throbbing in pain, his vision blurred.
He knows he is crying when his eyelashes were heavy and drops of tears fall on his hands.
“I’m going to accept Jongin.”
The words keep echoing in him.
He tries to smile even though it pains him.
“Right. Why should you accept me back? I’m the one who don’t have the strength to keep you by my side.”
He lifts his head and leans his back on the seat.
The sky had become darker.
He glances to his watch.
“It’s still early.”
He whispers.
“Maybe it’s gonna rain.”
He sighs.
“Ssul loves rain. Does she out right now, expecting the rain?”
Minho let out a chuckle.
“Oppa. Palli.”
“I’m not joining today.”
Sulli pouts.
“I’m going to leave you and don’t find me again after this.”
He then went running to her like a lost puppy before Sulli gains back her smile.
“Ssul. My Ssul.”
He whispers.
“Will you pestering Jongin like how you pester me before?”
He smiles.
“Or you stop doing that as you becoming more mature?”
“But being in love makes you love childish things.”
He thought what Sulli had said to him years ago and sighs again.
“Ottoke Ssul ah. Only you come to my mind when it’s raining.”
He opens the window slightly and puts his hand out to catch the rain.

Sehun walks in to a dark house.
His brows arched.
“I thought I saw Ssul’s car.”
He mumbles and turns on the switch.
He walks ahead to the kitchen and saw Sulli crouching beside the refrigerator, head on her knees.
As he walks nearer, he saw how her body shook and he curses under his breath when he heard her fainting sobs.
“You are crying.”
He pulls her in his embrace.
“Again.”
Sulli pulls herself away from Sehun and wipes her tears.
“You are supposed to be in your mom’s.”
“Who make you cry?”
Sehun asks instead answering Sulli.
“Hun ah. It’s nothing. I’m just.”
“Is it because it’s raining?”
Sulli nods but her expression betrays her.
“You are lying.”
“Go and rest Hun ah.”
Sulli fake a smile.
“Ahh. Do you want anything to eat?”
She rummages the fridge.
“I can heat these up.”
Sehun caught her hand and narrows his eyes on her.
“Did you perhaps see him again?”
Sulli bites her lips.
“You did right? What did hyung do now? This guy.”
Sehun was about to walks from her when Sulli pulls his hand.
“Nothing. He did nothing.”
“So why? You look so hurt. Did he come with his wife?”
“He did not get married.”
“He didn’t?”
Sulli nods.
“Hun.”
Sehun looks at her.
“Hmm.”
“He said he loves me.”
“Ssul.”
“I know I shouldn’t have this feeling but I still love him Hun. I still do.”
“Are you going back to him?”
Sulli shakes her head.
“Why? You love him.”
“I.”
Sehun holds Sulli’s arm and looks into her eyes.
“You are living fine without him Ssul.”
She nods.
“That’s what you want us to believe.”
Sulli raises her head.
“You still love him.”
“I’m trying to forget that feeling.”
“But you failed.”
She nods slowly.
“Ar
