There is a gang whose name is whispered in awe in the darkness of the night.

They are split into two factions, one to rule over China and one to lord over Korea.

Kyungsoo knows that his beloved Kai is part of EXO, knows that he uses his body to gather intel that the head demands, knows that he grifts like a pro. Kyungsoo also knows that Kai keeps this a secret from him, wanting to keep Kyungsoo as the pure, loving man that he believes him to be.

Kai returns home, day after day of doing his job, both him and Luhan with one simple difference. Kyungsoo understands that Kai has a job that he used to enjoy, only hating it because it hurts Kyungsoo. He knows that Kai makes sure to exhaust every potential con in the book before sleeping with someone. 

Kyungsoo understands.

That does not mean he likes it. That does not mean he does not press a knife to throat of those corrupt meatbags, and smile when they die screaming.

Kris has no problems when he sees reports of dead men on his table, knowing that he can never actually control Kyungsoo, and that Kyungsoo is only listening to him because of his very odd attachment to Luhan.

Kris is not complaining.

And neither is Kai.
