Adrift in Alaska
Description
"Funny you're the broken one, but I'm the only one who needed saving."
***
There are boys your mother never told you about; boys with dead eyes who don't know what hope looks like anymore (perhaps they never knew). Boys who never smile because they spend too much time looking for other people's smiles. Boys who don't want to be touched. Boys who want you to stay, but won't ask you to because no one ever listens to them, anyway.
And then there are girls like her. Girls you know of, but you don't actually know. Girls who walk with swinging arms, arms that swing up into a punch if you annoy her. Girls who cry when you don't listen; girls who scream at you when you do. Girls with vodka in their bags and shattered memories. Girls who make you love them, but never stay.

Foreword
***
I've sorely missed writing Luyoon, so I sat down and started planning, and this was born.
Inspired by 'Stay' -- Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko and The Great Gatsby -- F. Scott Fitzgerald.
I'm hoping I won't regret this (amongst school + other fics that have been years in the making and are still not finished + life in general) and I'm hoping I'll finish this eventually. UPDATES WILL BE SLOW.
In comparison to my previous Luyoon stories, I think this one will be a bit heavier (yes, still angst, sorry!), so I'll warn you know that there'll be slightly obscene language, mature scenes (?) and possibly trauma.
All in all, it's good to be back, thank you if you read this. Let's hope it turns out well.
