Everything happen too fast for anyone who witness it to understand; Keito suddenly appear from out nowhere to pull Karina away from Reno and Ryosuke slash Reno’s hand that holds dagger which give chance for others to arrest him. Rin rushes towards Keito to check on her best friend and could see that girl still clinging to that prince while her body shaking really bad. Rin says, “We should bring her to hospital.”

                Ryuta appear and tell them that he will manage things there along with Yuri. Yuri reluctantly agrees with it even he wants to join three of them to hospital as he worries about his sister. When those people leave, he mutters, “Everything already ends.”

                “Yeah, just like what we always want. Your wish to set Karina free from those responsibility and she could do anything she ever dream.” Say Ryuta while pat Yuri’s head gently.

                Yuri remembers something and asks, “Is that mean you will retire from being ninja?”

                “I’m too old for that and already plan to give my seat to your older brother, Kazuya. I will continue help Rin-hime in her works.” Say Ryuta.

                “Maybe I should leave everything and begin travel around? There are lot that I want to see in this world where it located outside of Elmina.” Mumble Yuri as he knows he won’t get chance to be with someone that he love as that person in love with other person.

                The doctor leaves the examination room and reports everything to Rin, “Her condition is critical when arrive here but it gradually stable during we treat her. Unfortunately, she will stay in comatose state for awhile after what she has been through. She may mentally and physically exhaust after what happen.”

                Rin bows before says, “Thank you for telling me.”

                “It’s my responsibility and we will do the best to give best treatment for Lady Royal Karina.” the doctor bows before excuse himself, leaving them.

                Ryosuke bow deeply in order to ask for forgiveness, “I really apologize about what happen because it all cause by me. If I could warn or do something to stop it, this incident won’t happen.”

                Rin slowly pull him back to stand before says, “You did nothing wrong. If not because of you, I may lose someone that really dear to me. I don’t know what will happen if I have to hear news that I’m losing her.”

                “Let’s go visit her.” Keito want to break the intense atmosphere. They move to the room where Karina being admit and could see she in deep sleep even her body full with injuries and bruises.

                “I will return to my kingdom soon and discuss with my dad about our engagement. I’m sure you have someone that you like and same goes to me. Spending time here make me realize there is someone that show everything that I never notice before.” Say Keito.

                Ryosuke seem worry over something and says, “Since I don’t have any master that controls me anymore, I decide to travel around to search meaning of something that I always wonder.”

                “When you’re leaving?” ask Rin.

                “Soon when I know where to go as I need to confirm something first with Ryuta-san before I begin my journey. It may take time to prepare everything.” Say Ryosuke.

                Rin seem really sad with it but suddenly their crystals shine brightly until fill the room. Everyone really surprise and don’t know what to do but what add the surprise, Karina slowly open her eyes before asks, “What happen here?”

                “It supposes to be our question as sensei says that you won’t awake for awhile.” Say Rin. The shine seems cure all injuries on Karina’s body and it return her body back to state where nothing happen to her.

                Yuri appear inside the room and says, “The crystals that both of you have actually cure her as both of you have same wish to do it and it only happen when both of you suit to be together.”

                Rin asks if everyone done and he says, “What only left is court trial and this time, he won’t escape anymore.”

                “Yuri-nii…” Karina doesn’t know what to say when see him. Yuri says, “You also know about the crystal, right? We have been research for it for long time as we really want to revive it.”

                “Yeah but never know it actually work as the last crystals that actually have that kind of power owned by Rin-hime’s parent.” Say Karina. She sits up straight before asks, “Both of you always bring that crystal wherever you go?”

                Both of them just nod with it and Karina want to say something but Yuri says, “You need to rest even your injuries already heal.”

                “Ryosuke, could you send Rin-hime back to palace as I have to make stop somewhere?” Keito ask favour to his samurai and he just agrees it. When both of them leave, Keito also excuse himself to give space to the siblings as he senses they want to talk something private.

                Yuri closes the door and says, “You finally free from those responsibility, right? It also means my work to protect both you and hime end. I already told oto-sama about my plan and he agrees with it which means I will begin my plan soon.”

                “Can I meet you again in future, Yuri-nii?” ask Karina as she already gets used with his presence ever since kids, together with Rin.

                “I could only promise you that I will return soon since I know Rin-hime will okay with me. She found her own soul mate and I don’t want to make myself hurt.” Say Yuri as he pats with affection Karina’s head.

                She asks critical question, “Will you tell Rin-hime about it?”

                Yuri hesitate answer it, “I may tell her… but if I didn’t do that, I hope you will do it on my behalf. I don’t know if I could tell her about it.”

                Rin walks together with Ryosuke and she says, “It will be lonely when everyone leaves ne since I used to your presence and same goes to your prince.”

                “Yeah, me too but I can’t stay here anymore as it will make me spoil. I want mature myself by experience that I will face when I travel around.” Say Ryosuke. He hugs Rin before says, “It feel really hard when I have to separate with you but I promise you that I will return to you.”

                Rin return the hug and says, “I will wait for you, no matter how long you take.”

                They broke the hug and walk hand-in-hand to return palace. It seems it is long and tired day for everyone after what happen. Ryosuke send Rin to her room and says, “Make sure you rest as you still have to perform public duty tomorrow.”

                After make sure Rin fall asleep, he goes to meet Ryuta at a garden to discuss about something. It seem that guy already wait for him in normal clothes and not ninja clothes. He says, “I’m sorry for late.”

                “It’s okay since I also just arrive here. I really happy that I could return here again as I never think about coming here again.” Say Ryuta and explain as he knows Ryosuke want to know, “This garden was my wife’s idea as she always want garden like this. It fills with her presence that makes me really hard to think about it. The only person that always come here… I think only Karina. This place means a lot to her.”

                “Why you want to meet me here?” ask Ryosuke straight to the point.

                Ryuta take out something from his kimono sleeves and give it to Ryosuke. He said, “I receive this before Ryoichi’s death. He asks me to give it to you when he’s died, like he already knows what will happen to him.”

                Ryosuke open the box to see it is a necklace with unique design but he knows it is his father’s treasure possession. Ryuta says, “That is necklace that he got from our parent and he want you to have it. It will help you when you begin your travel.”

                “Why you didn’t hate me even it was me that make your daughter suffer?” ask Ryosuke.

                Ryuta smiles, “Because I know it is not your fault. Never underestimate ninja like me.”

                The day for Keito and Ryosuke say goodbye to Elmina, Rin and Karina send them until border of Elmina. Ryosuke says, “I will send Keito-dono back to Luka before begin my journey.”

                Karina gives something that is a sword to Ryosuke while saying, “My dad asked me to give this to you. It is the family’s sword that inherits by generations. He told me that since you’re the one that suitable to keep this sword since you’re samurai.”

                “It will become your great companion during the journey.” Say Rin.

                Keito take a peek at the sword and says, “Wow, it has unique design that no one could imitate. It really makes anyone fall in love with that sword.”

                “I hope both of you will have safe journey.” Say Rin and bow together with Karina. When the guys completely disappear, Rin asks, “When we arrive palace, could you call Yuri-kun to meet me?”

                “About that…” Karina hesitates to tell something to her but when Rin demand, she says, “Rin-hime, Yuri-nii already leave this kingdom for his journey. He also has same plan with Ryosuke after what happen. He planned to tell you about it but it seems he doesn’t want to see you crying in front of him.”

                “He shouldn’t just leave without telling anything to me. He already promise to protect me until the right day when I don’t need protection from him anymore but I still need him.” Say Rin.

                Karina gently shook her head, “I’m sure he thinks there is someone else that can protect you. He hides his feeling towards you for long time but defeat when Ryosuke show up.”

                “That’s impossible as the feeling he has feeling as brother towards his sister.” Say Rin who is verge of tears.

                Karina look around while says, “No… he really love you as a lady. It really obvious in my eyes but he knows to cover it really well in front of others.”

                Rin hugs Karina and cries in her arms while saying, “He should say something to me… he really mean.” Karina gently pats to comfort her princess while whisper something to make her calm down before bring her back to palace.

                While they on the way to return back palace, Karina says, “I want you to remember that I will always be at your side to support you.”

                “Mou~! But we don’t know when Keito-dono come back to bring you away from me.” Say Rin after stop crying.

                Karina’s face blushes before quickly says, “What are you saying? He won’t do something like that and he even never has any feeling towards me.”

                “Who knows what will happen in future?” mock Rin.

Few years later~~

                Rin cuddle a baby boy in her arms while take a walk at garden. She can’t stop herself not to think about Ryosuke as there are too many rumours about him; some says that he already died, some of it say that he create new clan and many more. She doesn’t know which one she should believe.

                The baby reach for her face that make her smiles, “Koki-chan, you really kawaii ne~!”

                Someone walk slowly towards them without make any noise but surprise to see Rin is cuddling a baby. He never think Rin already married with someone and that make him accidentally drop his sword that make clinging sound.

                Rin turn to see who is it and really surprise to know, “Ryosuke…”

                “It really hard to believe that you’re already married and have child even you know I will come back to you. You must believe to rumour that I already died.” Ryosuke really sad to see what’s in front of his eyes.

                Rin look over baby in her arms, “Oh, this is…” she can’t even explain anything when someone cuts her words, “Gomen, never think it will take long time to meet him. It must be tired to hold Koki-chan.”

                “Daijoubu, Karina-chan.” Say Rin. Ryosuke watches Rin pass Koki back to Karina and a man joins them.

                He knows who is that man, “Keito-dono…”

                “He’s not prince anymore as he will become king soon. For your information, Rin-hime is still single and no one dare to touch her. This baby is Keito and mine’s son. She helps me to take care of him while I meet up with Keito at park entrance.” say Karina while playing with Koki.

                Keito pat Ryosuke’s shoulder while saying, “She’s really loyal to wait for you. Maa… we also want to wait for your return before we get married but you take too long and my dad can’t wait anymore.”

                “Hm…” Karina look between Rin and Ryosuke before come out with something Keito, “…dear, let’s wait them at the café. I’m sure they want to say something after long time separate.”

                Karina pulls Keito who want to watch them while carefully hold Koki in her arms. Keito whines, “Eh~! I want to see them!”

                “No! No! We should give some privacy to them. You almost being crown as king but still acting like kids.” Scold Karina while pulling him away from there.

                Rin looks around to search for correct words, “How’s your journey?”

                “It feels really great to get new knowledge but I won’t return to become samurai. I feel more comfortable as ronin as I’m free to do anything that I want.” Say Ryosuke.

                Rin happy to hear it and says, “As long I know you in great condition, I feel better.”

                Ryosuke says, “Even I’m just mere ronin but my love towards you stronger than before. I want to spend my time with you for the rest of my life.”

                “I never want to imagine my life without you.” Say Rin.

                “It’s mean that you will accept me?” ask Ryosuke.

                Rin says, “I never reject you as you already make me restless.” Ryosuke propose her to become his wife and she’s happily accept it.

                From far, someone watch them and says, “Your future will always in light in the future. You don’t need to disguise under sun anymore, my lovely hime.”
