"You want me to teach you what?"

Baekhyun scowls at Jongdae who's giggling like the Fat lady on Christmas eve. 

"I'm not repeating what I just said," Baekhyun manages to grit out without hexing Jongdae's face. "Are you going to help me or do I have to go find Kyungs-"

"Go find me for what?" A boy with dark curly hair walks through the doorway, wincing as a jinxed paper plane flies right in front of his face, ruffling his hair. Baekhyun winces as well because he knows the only person with less tact than himself is Kyungsoo and no matter how much Jongdae annoys him, he has to admit, the cheeky eyed, mousy haired boy is a ladies man. 

"To help this wierdo flirt," Jongdae cackles out before Baekhyun can say 'nothing'. Kyungsoo's lips quirk up in a half amused, half confused smile that creates a crooked heart shape. 

"Flirt with Park Chanye-" Kyungsoo manages to question before Baekhyun's hand slaps over his mouth with a thwack. 

"Not so loud, hyung," Baekhyun whines, snatching his hand back when Kyungsoo's tongue slips out and buries his face into the plush, red and gold pillows of the Gryffindor common room. 

Jongdae snickers as he tosses another pillow onto the Baekhyun's back, causing the younger boy to squeal and Kyungsoo to smash another pillow on Baekhyun's head laughing.

"I'm going to get new friends," Baekhyun hisses as he scurries up, hair mussed from the attack of pillows. "You guys ."

Jongdae laughs, the sound harsh and loud in the almost empty room, the warm fire blazing in the corner. "We'll help," he grins, a mischevious glint in his eyes. "But you have to do everything we tell you to. Promise?"

Baekhyun heaves a sigh of relief and blurts out, "Promise, I swear I will," before he realizes that this is Kim ing Jongdae he's talking to. Before he can regret his decision, Jongdae is already on his way out the door, wand in hand and a cloak swung haphazardly over a shoulder.

Kyungsoo looks at Baekhyun with pity in his large eyes and Baekhyun once again buries himself under the covers.
