Past Perplexity [hiatus]
Description
When Min Jee clears out the attic of her deceased grandmother’s house, she finds an ancient ornamental box shrouded with mysteries that go beyond her years. With too much free time on her hands and a thirst for adventure, Min Jee follows the clues left in the box. However it leads her on a wild goose chase where she finds herself in the arms of a male by the name of Chen who, as it turns out, is closely intertwined with her past.
As she and Chen work together to uncover the secrets, a strange group with cryptic tattoos and a secret language are hot on their heels and they find themselves having to go head on with more than they would ever anticipate. With twists and turns that appear at every corner, Min Jee tries to discover the truth and treasures of the past as a simple summer mystery soon turns into something more deadly…

Genre: Adventure, Action, Slight Romance and Humour, with Fantasy
Rating: 13+ (at least, I will change it later on if needed.)
Disclaimer: The idea and plot is entirely mine, if it somehow holds similarities to other stories I do not mean to do so.
In addition to that, I own none of the characters besides Min Jee, and also I do not know the settings well enough outside of my own city, so it’s purely from my own imagination, I hope you guys don’t mind.

Basically I have no idea what I'm doing with my life, and thus I have started writing this fanfic. The main reason why I'm doing this is because Chen is a little sneak (however has not wrecked my bias list...yet) and he needs more attention too fanfic wise. Also when I came up with the idea, I just couldn't hold off waiting for a bit longer. OTL
This will be the first chaptered story I am determined to finish (however my updates will be slow--I have no excuses, my writing comes and goes.) Also a warning, I may have the odd grammatical error/spelling mistake, and that's just me being lazy to edit before I post (I will catch it at some point, but ignore it if you see one lol).
Anyways, I present to you "Past Perplexity"~!
