“hey do you know where is Velvet?” I typed and hit ‘send’

I threw my phone on my bed and was about to leave my room when I heard a special message tone.

“Is that a kind of cloth and cake?” he replied.

I laughed at his silliness. Who would have thought that even a party boy named Park Chanyeol doesn’t know that place.

“No No!! haha it’s a place”

Few seconds later he sent me a message again.

“Oops sorry v^.^ I don’t know”

“Okay, thanks for the effort though” I hit the ‘send’ button again and left my room.

“So how’s life?” He asked me with his deep voice. I was lying on my bed while talking to my long time crush.

Chanyeol and I met four years ago on a special summer workshop. He was this social butterfly of our class, every student wanted to be friends with him, the girls having this little crush on him and of course I was one of them. I didn’t mind my feelings for him during that time since I knew that that feeling was just for summer.  Years have passed and both of us kept on enrolling on the same workshop unexpectedly, both of us became close and my feelings for him grew and still keeping it from him. Both of us promised not to loose contact of each other which is still happening today, if we both have time we make sure to arrange some “bonding time” so that both of us can catch up with each other.

“Fine, I guess” I replied while having this big grin on my face. “How about you? I heard you’re on a summer job today.”

“Oh yeah, on my Uncle’s café. I’m saving for a car, remember?” He laughed. “Right! My Uncle’s café is just few blocks away from your school maybe we can bond when the school starts”

I kept my squeals inside me.

“You know what I have dance class every Wednesday, maybe we can meet each other and have some chat.” I said, still having that stupid grin on my face.

“Really? That’s great! So what time is your dance class?” He asked me with his happy voice

“Oh 6-8pm.”

“how about 2:00pm we can meet on a mall. Is that okay?” I can feel his hesitation over my phone.

“Of course.” I smiled.
