Description

Prologue

"I'm scared Luhan."

Luhan clutched his boyfriend's limp hand tighter.
The hospital bed seemed to have swallowed him whole and trapped him inside its skeleton cage.

"I don't want to leave you yet. Our lives have barely begun and it's already goodbye? Tell me not to go Luhan. Tell me it's too soon."

Luhan clenched his teeth together to prevent his chin from quivering.
There was nothing Luhan wouldn't  do to make his lover stay here with him forever. Minseok was his everything. His only reason to live.
But what could he do? Cancer was rapidly eating Minseok up from the inside, turning his sweetheart into a lifeless shell, nothing like the real Minseok who bit by bit was fading away to nothing.
The one who used to be full of life and happy smiles and everything Luhan held dear.

"This is not our goodbye. I could never say goodbye to you."
"You'll have to. Soon."
"I love you. But no goodbyes. I've lost enough people to last me a lifetime. No goodbyes."
"Luhan..."
"No. "
"Okay. No goodbyes." 

Foreword

I have two ships.

One - is Kyungsoo paired up with anyone. Like anyone at all from EXO. 
And the other.

Is Xiuhan <3 UglySobbing. 

Xiuhan is beautiful and will keep sailing long after the fandom is dead and gone which will pretty much be never. 

I realise the description is a tad... morose but who doesn't love a lot little angst right of the bat, right? Right?! I know you love it, don't lie to me :b 

I don't want to give too much away but I guess you've already figured out what's gonna happen to Minseok though... Or maybe not? Who knows? Miracles happen every day! Don't believe me? Then you should definitely give this a read!

I'm gonna read this when I feel a little bit happier. Right now, I just cannot let my room got flooded by my tears, my mood swing is terrible. The description is already beautiful and get me right in the feel.

Chapter 7: HOW ON EARTH does this not have more upvotes?? good god i'm seriously reeling from this read right now

reading the first chapter, i was hit with a wave of deja-vu. i felt like i'd read it before, a while back. but then i went on and read the entire thing. and i can't even describe all the emotions i've been feeling in the past hour?? you portrayed all of the characters so well. all the little quirks in their dialogue (minseok's nerdy librarian tone and sehun's sporadic spanish LOL). idk man. i don't think i'm coherent enough to write a comment right now BUT I MUST TELL YOU that i love this fic to death. it's so complex and heartbreaking and touching and it all comes together with the daffodils. AND THE THEEEEMES. this deserves all the praise/upvotes/subs in the world. ugh.
