Through the Rain

Description

Yesung leads a hard life as a 17 year old orphan. Through many series of events, the once happy and loveable girl turned into her complete opposite. Now she's empty, void of emotion and sense. She's alone in the world, shrouded in her own darkness and afraid to leave. Luhan is a new student, and he soon becomes the school heartthrob. He's popular, athletic, smart and overall one of the most handsomest guys a girl could ever meet.

Foreword

I have always hated the rain. Everyone seems to leave me in its presence.

Go Yesung

Born in a rather unfortunate state in life, Yesung dreads her family, her loved ones, her life. She, whose family has left her, had these conceptions: 1) that once it rains, she's about to lose something she deemed important and 2) that in the long run, everyone's going to leave you just like that and thus, she created a wall for herself, a barrier, that no one can pierce through.

But with the entry of Lu Han, will she finally realize that she's not going to lose everything, everyone everytime, and there will always be someone who will be willing to stay?

Lu Han

Coming from wonderful background, not to mention his pretty face, athletic abilities, intelligence and damn, he's just perfect, he's got the life of an actual living prince and at his new school, nothing changed from the previous - he's still as popular as ever but in this popularity of his, he never actually paid any attention to his surroundings. If he wants to flirt with a girl, he'll do so. If he wants to bully people, I guess the bullied will gladly comply.

But when faced with a dare he once thought so easy, can love bloom?

Kim Jongin (Kai)

As the son of a well known and large family, Kim Jongin - or more commonly known as Kai - has the attitude of a typical rich kid with a big ego and lots to say. He isn't very kind to most people, and he will usually ignore and bully people under him. Kai has known the 'prince' Luhan for a little over two years, and they become very good friends during their high school days.

Kai hasn't always been a bully though. Through a series of events Kai comes to loathing Go Yesung, and he blames his change on her. When Kai faces Yesung once again, his path splits in half and he must choose in which direction he wants his life to go, for better or for worse.
