T: IT'S REALLY NICE, IF A LITTLE UNEXPECTED! I'M GLAD THAT THE REVIEWER ENJOYED MY STORY AND THE FEATURE GAVE ME A WARM FEELING ^_^
 
2. WHAT CAME TO MIND WHEN YOU WROTE THE STORY?
 
T: HONESTLY, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I CAME UP WITH THE IDEA FOR THE STORY. IT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE AND I WAS KIND OF LIKE 'OH, THAT WOULD MAKE A GOOD STORY!' ALL I REALLY HAD IN MIND WAS TO KEEP THE STORIES EXACTLY LIKE IT SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION, EXACTLY THE SAME YET COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THAT'S IT. AND THAT THERE WOULDN'T BE A HAPPY ENDING. BECAUSE APPARENTLY I'M ALLERGIC TO HAPPY ENDINGS.
 
3. HOW DID YOU CHOOSE THE CHARACTERS?
 
T: MY ULTIMATE OTP HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE G-DRAGON AND SEUNGRI, SO I GUESS I KIND OF SHAPED THE STORY AROUND THEM INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND. THE ROLES OF THE CHARACTERS WERE CHOSEN TO KIND OF FIT IN WITH THE IDOL'S PERSONALITY (IF NOT PERFECTLY). THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF WRITING THIS STORY WAS TO EXPLORE HOW CHARACTER DRIVES PLOT AND A CHANGE IN POWER AND ROLE IN SOCIETY COULD LEAD TO SUCH A DIFFERENT ENDING EVEN IF THE EVENTS ARE SOMEWHAT SIMILAR, SO I GUESS I WOULD SAY THE CHARACTERS WERE CHOSEN FROM THE VERY BEGINNING AND THE PLOT SORT OF CAME AFTER.
 
4. HAVE YOU ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT CHOOSING DIFFERENT LEAD CHARACTERS FOR THE STORY?
 
T: WELL, SEUNGRI WILL ALWAYS BE A LEAD CHARACTER IN MY STORIES BECAUSE HE IS MY ULTIMATE BIAS. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE. I ONLY REALLY WRITE FOR BIG BANG BECAUSE I'M NOT FAMILIAR ENOUGH WITH OTHER BANDS TO WRITE STORIES ABOUT THEM, BUT I HAVE USED OTHER MEMBERS OF BIG BANGS AS THE OTHER LEADS IN MY STORIES.
 
5. MANY AUTHORS TEND TO LEAVE THEIR WORK UNFINISHED, WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
 
T: IT WAS EASIER FOR THIS STORY BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY A ONE SHOT, BUT I THINK THE THING THAT KEPT ME GOING TO FINISH IT WAS HOW MUCH I LOVED THE IDEA FOR THE STORY. IT WAS SOMETHING I REALLY WANTED TO GET ON PAPER, TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD, SO THAT WAS WHAT PUSHED ME TO FINISH IT.

the "chateau kisses" part in the title came from lyrics of exo's lotto. the mv for that also inspired this fic.
you have interesting takes on the characters too, which i love! it's always nice to see how other people view them. like how you described jongin as the "free" character, because i never thought about that, but you're definitely right. for luhan, i tried hinting at the beginning that he shouldn't be pitied or thought weak just because he looked innocent. there was much more to him ;) but the fact that he had been witnessing sehun killing in cold blood and wasn't new to this...omg i never thought of that wtf? lol (or maybe i did subconsciously)
okay anyway, thank you so much~ i'll definitely come back for constructive reviews once i actually write another fic haha. i've credited as well ^_^

I was also wondering if you consider cliché and overused just the starting plot or the whole story. I mean, I haven't seen fics with that kind of end so maybe I've missed them and I'd like to check them out.

Chapter 283: My finals have finally ended and summer started, and I could finally sit down and re-read the entire review and pick it up! First of all, I am glad you enjoyed reading my story. It is true there are plot holes here and there, and I can't thank you enough for listing the days. I lost count of the days myself because it's been two years I am writing this (I'm a slow-writer). Hopefully, I'll be able to edit the entire story once I finish Blood Rose. I know my grammar skills , so thank you for pointing out the flaws! I'll make sure to tend to it soon.
