A Couple Months Later~

"Mr. Lee's assistant, how may I help you?" I ask into my earpiece

"Good Morning Kyu."

"Morning. You fell back asleep didn't you?"

"No!" Sungmin pouts "Okay, maybe."

"This is why I wake you up at least an hour before we're supposed to get going."

"I thank you for that." He mutters, rather sarcastically as he sits down in his chair

"Where would you be without me?" I ask

"At home sleeping... that would be the life..."

"You can sleep when you're retired. C'mon, let's work hard today."

"Yes, assistant!"

"Shush, I'm actually trying to do something for you."

"Like what?"

"Like... helping you avoid getting in trouble for being late."

"But..."

"Sungmin, you know that if it weren't for me, you'd probably gotten fired months ago?"

"Yes, I know Kyu. By the way... do I have anything going on during or around lunch?"

"Hmm... let me check your schdule..."

"When did you get those glasses?" Sungmin asks me, noticing the readers I don on temporarily

"Like... around Christmas, your handwriting's so bad I need glasses to decode it."

"Hey! It's not that bad!"

"Speak for yourself, you've never had to read your memos... Nope, you look free this afternoon."

"Fine, then may I take you out to lunch?"

"Sungmin, we went out for lunch like everyday for the past week. I told you to pack a lunch today."

"Well, oops I guess I forgot."

"What's going on Min?"

"Nothing." He says, rather suspiciously

"Min, I know you're hiding something from me."

"No I'm not!" Sungmin pouts. He pouts like this whenever he wants me to drop whatever I'm hounding him about, and that means he's definitely up to something

"Fine, let's go out to lunch. However..."

"Ugh..." Sungmin groans before I can state my condition to this lunch date

"You have to get some work done before we go anywhere."

"But... work..."

"Just sign some of these forms."

"What are they for?"

"Orders or what not." I remark

"Ugh, I guess this is the fun part of the job. Do you think I'm important enough in this company to get one of those big stamp thingies?"

"Well, when you have more than one assistant and you're up to your ears in phone calls, you can get one."

"Can I get a pretty assistant?"

"No. Absolutely not." I say swiftly

"Why?" He retorts

"Because, I'm the extremely jealous type and I refuse to share you with anyone other than your family. Even then I still get a bit angry when Sungjin hugs you for a bit too long."

"You know he does that to irritate you, on purpose."

"I know, and I stare down into his eyes when he's hugging you... do you know what those eyes say?"

"Now you just sound like a mad man Kyu."

"Those eyes basically say "hey look at how much time I'm taking away from you and Sungmin... imagine how much you could do with all this time, all the things you could do to my brother..." that's what Sungjin's eyes say."

"I think I need a new boyfriend."

"What?!"

"Because, you've gone crazy."

"Crazy in love, for you Sungmin!"

"I know. Plus, if I broke up with you, I'd never hear the end of it from my mom. 'Lee Sungmin! Why did you ever let that man go?! Do you even realize how hard it was to get any boyfriend?!?!' and it'd go on and on... I mean you know my mom."

"Yes, but she'd also say something about how awesome of a son-in-law I would have been."

"She wouldn't have!"

"She totally would have."

"And what about your parents?"

"Oh they'd be dancing on the ashes of our relationship, then force me into some marriage to a chaebol heiress."

"Gag, if I wanted to be in a drama love triangle, I would have become an actor."

"And you would have been a great one, my dear." I mutter sarc
