“Lies,” Leo tried his best not to yell, “All of it is nothing but lies.”

“But,” Sanghyuk frowned, “why would Wonsik lie?”

“I have no idea,” Leo replied honestly, “but I can assure you of two things. The first, that I never went to the same school as your roommate. The second, that I was never a bully who dated a bunch of people only to dump them once I’d gotten them to sleep with me.”

“I figured,” Sanghyuk nodded, “that’s why I told you what Wonsik said.”

“Has he ever lied to you before?” Leo asked, “I…don’t know why he’d lie to you about me.” He really didn’t. He thought Ravi was loyal to him, was going to help him win Sanghyuk’s heart. And yet the other had gone behind his back and done this.

“I don’t think so,” Sanghyuk sighed, “maybe…..maybe he just had a bad day. Or confused you with someone else.”

“Maybe he was confused,” Leo smiled kindly, “I’m sure he wouldn’t lie to you on purpose.”

“I hope so,” Sanghyuk tried to smile and Leo made a mental note to confront Ravi later.

“Sanghyuk,” Leo gave Sanghyuk a small, shy smile, “putting all of this……unpleasantness aside, I was wondering if…….if you’d like to go out to dinner with me tonight?”

“Sure,” Sanghyuk smiled, “I’d love to. Just us?”

“Just us,” Leo nodded, “is that alright?”

“It’s fine,” Sanghyuk giggled, “it’s like a date.”

Leo would be lying if he said he didn’t blush a little at hearing Sanghyuk say that word.
