“I can’t find Sanghyuk,” N said, well aware of how such news was going to upset Leo.

“What do you mean?” Leo asked, “did you search the library? The cafeteria? How about the garden out back?” Leo listed several other places off, but N shook his head each time.

“Where is he?” Ravi asked, joining the pair, “what did you do with him, Leo? Tell me you’ve hidden him someplace safe.”

“Watch your tone,” Leo hissed, glaring darkly at the ground, “you should address me properly. Even if we are currently fighting.”

“We can’t find him,” N admitted, “he’s.....he’s just gone.”

“He can’t be,” Ravi gasped, “Sanghyuk.....he has to be somewhere.”

“I’m going to look for him some more,” Leo said.

Just as he was about to leave, a paper appeared before the three. Leo quickly grabbed it, crumbling it up moments later in anger after reading what had been written.

“What is it?” N asked, taking the paper to read for himself, “Surprise my king. I’ve taken you queen. I think you know what it will take to get him back. You have until midnight.”

“What are you going to do?” Ravi asked, but he had a feeling he already knew.

“I’m going to get Sanghyuk back,” Leo said, “even if that means giving up my crown.” Ravi shared a look with N, both silently deciding that they were going to give the evil monster who’d taken Sanghyuk one heck of a surprise themselves.

A/N: oh dear, poor Leo, backed into such a corner. Wonder what Ravi and n are going to do to fix things.
