"Sulli----" he spoke loudly so his word would carry to the crowd..  "---will you marry me?" 

He heard a shriek from someone in the crowd. Sulli stared at him. Then he leaned forward as he hadn't got any response from her. His lips skimmed the soft of her cheek as he whispered in her ear. "I don't have a ring.. I forgot it in the car." he said with embarrassment. He stepped back and said again.

"Sulli will you marry me? please?"

He wondered if she'd understood as Sulli just sat there... unresponsive.. for so long. Then she expelled a slow breath and smiled radiantly to his surprise... her chinky clear eyes full of trust. 

"Yes, Minho. I will." 

For a second, he felt a tightness in his chest... he'd just seriously proposed marriage to the woman he loved. Whatever that might feel like... he probably might be the luckiest person on earth at that very moment. A din exploded around them, their friends who witnesses the most memorable day of their lives was cheering for them. He didn't even notice Seohyun his girl bestfriend was yelling to make herself heard as he was still overwhelmed with the thought that Sulli he's girlfriend for three years is now going to be his wife. 

"I love you Sulli!" he mumbled under her ears. 

Sulli smiled sweetly as she response it with a kiss on his lips. "I think Seohyun has something to say to you.. go ahead." 

"Okay.. I'll be right back." he said as he kissed her fully on the lips before letting her go and headed towards Seohyun.

"Hey... what's with that face?" Minho asked the moment he got beside Seohyun.

"You.. what was that? Are you serious?" asked Seohyun.

"Of course I am. I've never been serious in my entire life. I love her... and I want her to be my wife and the mother of my kids. I think you already know that.." he said.

"Of course, I know that.. you idiot! I know how inlove you are with Sulli. What I meant is.. this soon? I mean.. look at her.. do you think she's genuinely happy with this scheme?" Seohyun bluntly said.

"She is happy... look at her she's glowing. And this is not just a scheme... this is real. We're getting married... I am getting married Seo!" said Minho with full of excitement in his voice... staring back from where he left his future bride. 

Seohyun shook her head... following Minho's eyes. "Okay... whatever you say." she said following with a sigh. 

"I heard that... we'll be fine. Sulli loves me.." he said giving her assurance. 

Seohyun nodded looking at him. "Are you this happy?" she asked.

"Yes.. I am happy. Never been this happy.." he answered.

"Then I'm happy too.." Seohyun said.. Minho smiled at her bestfriend and enclosed her in his arms. 

"Thank you Seo.." he said. 

"Hey both of you!" Yonghwa butted in.. and joined them. "Congratulations man!"  the lad greeted him and gave him a hug. 

"Thanks Yong.. I'll leave you two. Please.. no more beckering just for tonight." he said which made Seohyun roll her eyes. Minho chuckled. "I'll go back to Sulli." he said as he walk away from them and joined the crowd to look for his wife to be. 

Looking back the day when Minho proposed to her. Sulli was so surprised with the question that she wasn't able to answer it immediately. Of course she love Minho and she wanted to be with him if not forever atleast for the rest of her life. But... as of this moment the day of their wedding day... she's no longer sure if she wanted to marry him... she's supposed to be happy that finally after 6 months of preparation she is going to marry the guy whom she love and she knew that it was him she only wanted to be married with. She can't see herself being married with someone if not with Minho.  

But what happened?..

The bride wore a long white dress.. her wedding dress. With a look of utter despair... her eyes glistening with tears... Looking at the man standing right infront of the altar who seemed so happy and cheerful on his wedding day waiting for his bride who's walking down the aisle. 

She felt sorry for him... Minho loves her so much, she knew that. And she loved him too.. it's just that she can't do this. She should have told him earlier that she wasn't ready... or perhaps she was. But suddenly she became scared... having cold feets on what married life would be. So many questions that she couldn't find answers.. and don't want to find out. She woke up this morning having second thoughts... that's it. 

But why it has to be that day? On her supposed wedding day... why all this realization came, so suddenly. This maybe hurt her... specially  him but she has to do this before she looses everything. When she said everything... it includes her feelings for him. Though she's expecting the worst... he might hate her forever. He might lose him.. but what would she supposed to do when she's no longer sure if she wanted this.. if she wanted a married life with him? 

As the saying goes.. there are only four questions of value in life. 

"What is sacred?"

"Of what is the spirit made of?"

"What is worth living for?"

"And what is dying for?"

The answers to each is the same.. "Only Love.."

But it turns out... "Love just isn't enough.."  well atleast for her..

Sulli let out a sharp breath the moment she reached the altar... making a distance with her groom. She stepped little by little as if it was the longest journey of her life... she look at Minho's hand whose reaching for her. She just stared at it for a moment... if she accepted it. It means.. she's accepting the life he was about to offer.. and eventually she might regret it since her heart is not fully into it.. but if she won't accept it.. it means she'll lose him and it might be forever. But she won't be having regrets as she thought it will maybe for the better... 

So she chosen the least..

Sulli shook her head.. which made Minho's eyes narrowed. Looking at her with confusion in his eyes. She expelled a slow breath trying to calm herself... as she can't find her voice. How can she tell him... without hurting herself? Without hurting him specially?...

"M-Minho...  I-I love you, but... I ---I can't do this... I am not sure enough if I wanted to marry you." Sulli hardly said... looking at the crowd with misty eyes. It is more harder than she thought it was... the guest were shocked. Her Mom and Dad same goes with his parents.. they weren't expecting it from her. 

"Baby... hey! You're just scared are you? Me neither... but... but we can make this through, right? Together?" said Minho who was about to held her but she shook her head.

"No.. I don't know..  please.." she utter stepping  backward still shaking her head. "I'm really sorry.. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings... it's just.. I can't do this... really! I'm sorry---" she said gathering up her skirt and ready to run.. 

"Sulli-- Baby, we can postpone this if that's what you want.. just -- just don't leave me, please?" Minho shouted trying to run after his bride. There was no mistaking whimper from the jilted groom.. there was a panic in his eyes. Scared of what would happen next.. as he can see Sulli running far away from his reach... 

"Minho---" he heard Seohyun utter and held his arm stopping him. He look at the lass... trying not to crack up. 

"What have I done wrong?" Minho desperately asked... but his voice change as if there was a lump on his throat.

Seohyun shook her head. "Nothing..." she said soothing his arm to comfort him.

"She'll be okay, right? She'll come around...?" he asked reassuring his self.

Seohyun only sigh.. "I-- I don't know... I have no idea what's going on." she said. 

Minho closed his eyes. "She'll be back.. she's just scared. She loves me... I know she loves me.." he said trying to convince himself. 

"Maybe she does..." Seohyun muttered as she gave Minho a comforting embrace. 

"What should I do?" Minho asked... confused. The love of his life just runaway from him... on the day of their wedding day. "Should he atleast ask her why? What went wrong?" letting go of Seohyun.. Minho went outside the church he'll find his runaway bride. He won't stop unless he got his answers... he won't let them just end up like this. He will try until Sulli accepted him again. He can't let her go..

I was working on this plot in awhile now... but I got the chance to write while I was away.. I don't have net connection for about a week... and been busy but able to wrote this one.. though I know I still have a lot of unfinish fic and hoping to finish them all.. hope you like this too.. ^^)
