Description

“I don’t want everyone to notice me. They’ll never understand.”

“You know, nothing’s ever going to turn out perfectly right, especially not at first try. We’ll just have to rebuild our tower with cracked bricks and broken tools.”

“A lie isn’t just a false piece of information unrelated to the truth. A lie is a story circled around the truth, give or take a few segments.”

“A photo isn’t going to capture a memory. It represents it. The memory itself is set free as it returns to you every so often.”

Main Characters

Unexpectedly taken from the world most were associated to, into another most don’t know about, right after dramatic events of your family, then beaten into the hang of it.

Park Haeju

“As if Earth didn’t have enough weight on my shoulders, your world has double the amount.”

Forced into rebellion by none other than his own brothers, then having to take the responsibility for a few unexpected guests before getting punished for it.

Luhan

“It’s like you’re stuck in the position of the responsible one, since nobody is wanting to take your place. You’ll just have to deal with it, because that’s what responsible people do.”

Secondary Characters

A happy person, yet found on the streets, unconscious and dumped into an unwelcoming environment where he is detested, then slowly turned into a punching bag, before he is fully welcomed.

Lee Kiseop

“It’s not a big deal anymore. I have to adjust to this new place. I sometimes feel like the greediest man on this planet, thinking of a better living.”

Ordered to marry a man she doesn't love drove her mad, as she subconciously became recklessly addicted to the misery of people she didn't have romantic feelings for-- especially women her age, and developed sudden thoughts of hatred, and revenge.

Min Aerie

"Looking at the smile on your face makes me sick- How do you deserve all the easy life, while I continuously suffer?"

The "Black Hole" of the grove, always looked down upon by everyone, and is constantly told that she is just not good enough. Usually mistaken for a feminine boy, the small girl slowly became oblivious to her surroundings.

 Min Yun

"Sometimes, I feel torn between obeying and listening to the masters, and just shattering the glass walls that have been keeping my emotions from everyone else."

The System Of  Aeah

The Head League: A group of people who pretty much rule the whole of Aeah. They have total power, so if they wanted to execute someone, nobody is there to stop them. Although sometimes, they could be very cruel and harsh on the citizens.

Masters:  The Masters are people who are specially employed by the Head League to control and watch over large groups of people. (The exact term is "District.") Masters have power over their district, only, and are not to be associated with other masters. They cannot over rule the Head League

Districts: A district is a large group of people, usually consisting of three to four groves. People of each district arent usually very close to each other, but they have to know each other, as well.

Groves: Groves are kind of like family, except everyone in a grove is more or less the same age. a grove can consist of eight to twelve people that all live in the same house. Every grove has a leader that is responsible for it.

Foreword

"Come with me. To my world." He held a hand towards me.

"You aren't one of those Manga-addicted freaks, are you?" I skeptically asked him. He didn't look like a nerd--he was actually handsom, no, pretty for the matter. Guys aren't supposed to look pretty, are they?

"What's Manga?" He quizzically asked me, as he tilted his head. I sighed, as I couldn't really answer that question, as I haven't really read comic books either.

"It's something that many people like."

"Manga." He repeated, and I nodded. "I don't think there are any of those in where I live."

"Where do you live, anyways?"

He took my hand and helped me up.

"Let me show you." He said, as a burning sensation filled up my throat.

"No! What the hell you bastard! I AM NOT GETTING MARRIED TO HIM! UNDERSTAND?"

"Min Aerie." Master Kang snarled, clenching his fists tightly. "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK BACK TO THE ME, THE MASTER!?"

"I don't give a danm about you and all your master buisness anymore." Aerie seethed. "I get married to whoever I want to, and that is not him. Can't you get Yun to do it instead?"

"Yun is not the eldest, and at least think of the boy! He agreed to this, so you should as well." Master Kang sighed. "Aerie, you know what the Head League is going to say about this. You could wind up in jail, or worse, get your head rid of. It's really out of my control. Just give him a shot, since he already gave one to you."

"Please." Aerie scoffed, as she twirled a strand of her hair. "It's really not my problem that I'm beautiful, but fine." She practically spit out that word like bitter tea.

"Very well, very well. I shall send in the forms as soon as possible. Sign here, and it will be official." He pushed a scroll into her face as she took out her pen.

"Kim Minseok, I will make you suffer."

The pen carved into the parchment.

"I'm sorry. I should have seen where I was going. I'm really sorry." She quietly mumbled

"Why are you so formal and apologetic? It's really not like I need you to bow down before me until I forgive you. Besides, it's just a bump. I'm not majorly injured or anything." He smiled.

"Alright." She quietly said, although her lips tugged upwards a little. He was really something, wasn't he? All of her sisters would at least hit her once before letting her off.

"Hey, how come you're so distant? We live in the same district!" He said, frowning a little. She shook her head.

"I'm not trying to be mean here or anything," She started, looking down to the ground, "But it's just that my sisters rarely let me express my feelings, so I'm really quite used to looking stone cold."

His frown deepened even more. How could they not treat such a delicate figure correctly? It really angered him, seeing how she always kept her face stiff when she really wanted to let her tears flow.

"No. This just isn't right. I should be the one saying sorry to you. It's really wrong for them to harbour you like this. You can come to me whenever you need someone."

She looked to him. "Really?"

"Yep."

"Thanks so much. Kiseop."

"Your welcome. Yun."

A/N

Haha, so here it is! I kind of added like a lot today, so I really hope you are all satisfied with this so far. :). Please look forward for more updates soon! Byee~ (I noticed that I like this teal colour a lot.)

Update, 8/08/14: I changed the name of the land from Bingsui to Aeah. (It sounds a bit better, doesn't it?) BTW, I did go on a mini-hiatus for about a minth or so, since I wanted to get as much of The Idiot Who Lives In My Basement off my shoulders. Don't worry, I will finish this fic no matter what.
