Russel carried her lifeless body and looked at her. He pitied her, he knew it wasn’t her fault at all but he can’t do anything but follow orders. He laid her on the back seat and drove to the nearest hospital he could find. He knew that if his boss found out he will be surely fired but he didn’t care. He needs to at least make one thing right. As he arrived he brought her inside and she was bought to the Emergency Room, he sat and prayed that he wasn’t too late.

He felt his phone vibrate and knew immediately who it was. He answered the call

“Did you do it Russel?” He heard his boss “Yes, she is taken care of now.” He did his best to sound convincing.

“Good Job Russel, that needs to know her lesson” He nods and end the call and waited for any update to the doctor. Another half an hour, the doctor went out of the emergency room and walked towards Russel.

“How is she doc? Will she be okay?” The doctor sighed and looked at him.

“She is badly injured, her eye lobes are badly damaged and there is a deep cut in her forehead. Her bones are practically broken and I suggest to do immediate surgery to her” He explained. Russel nodded but remembered that if they will revive her old face her uncle might just hurt again.

“Please proceed with the surgery but can I suggest to please make her look different, you can keep a few same features but she needs to look different” The doctor looked at him and cocked one of his eyebrow “It is for her own safety please doc” Russel begged and the doctor scanned him for a few minutes and nodded.

“If it is for her safety then I will do it but I suggest you to call the police if someone is after her Sir” Russel nodded and followed a nurse to do HyunAe’s paperworks

‘I hope she will be okay’ He thought then he remembered about HyunAe’s boyfriend Jongin. He knows that if he found out that she is alive he would immediately tell her parents and that is a big no. So he decided to just keep it a secret and let HyunAe decide if she would tell him or not.

“Here are the payment for her surgery and room, I will return as soon as possible to check up on her” Russel explained and left the hospital.

2 weeks after, Russel came back to check up on HyunAe and he found out that she is undergoing a coma due to the incident and all he have to do is wait for her to wake up. His heart clenched as he saw her covered with tube and wires.He also noticed that she really looked different, she looked like a chinese now more than a Korean. He prayed that she will be okay and looked at her one last time and paid for her bills
