Everything you've been told when you were younger... those were all fake, lies, fairytales, made up by the older people around you just to make life seem so much more welcoming, exciting and worth exploring. Your heart, your feelings and emotions, your mind, you gave it your all. 

But all you got in return was, heartbreak after heartbreak, failure after failure. Being disappointed, sad and useless was all you felt. That was when you decided that you had to do something. 

Now, these walls you have built up, can guard you against anything that make my your heart falter, your mind wander and your soul from crumbling. 

Someone brings along something, he seems pretty special. And is close to everything you wished you had. But you always remember that happy endings never existed.
