Soo Min was just cooking in the kitchen when she suddenly heard someone spoke behind her. She turned around and saw her handsome 14 year old son sitted on the dining table facing her.

 

"Nae Baekhyun-ah?" Soo Min asked, having her back facing him again as she continued on cooking.

"Why do I have to change into something casual? And why are you cooking so much food?" Baek asked as he saw their table fille with foods.

"We're going to have visitors dear, they're me and your dad's old friends" Soo Min replied still chopping something on her board.

"Hmmm... I see. By the way, I'm curiouse about something" Baekhyun spoke.

"What is it honey?" Soo Min asked in her motherly voice.

"Well, it's kind of embarassing" Baekhyun awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck.

"It's okay honey, you can tell me anything" Soo Min was now facing her son as she set down the food she successfuly cooked in front of him.

"Well, it's about a girl" Baekhyun blushed as he looked away, didn't want to see his mother's reaction.

"A girl huh? What had this girl done to my little Baekhyunnie?" Soo Min asked as she pinched her son's blushing cheeks.

"Umma~" Baekhyun whined, shoving away her hands from his face.

"Arra Arra. Now tell me, what about this girl?" Soo Min asked curiously as she sat accross her son.

"Well, I don't get it why whenever I see her, I blush. Even at the mention of her name, I blush. Whenever I'm near her, I blush too. And when I get the chance to talk to her, I stutter. I don't get it mom" Baekhyun whined like a five yeard old making Soo Min laugh at her unexperienced son.

"Hmmm... Looks like you're in love, Baekhyun-ah" Soo Min chuckled at her now confused son.

"In love?" Baekhyun asked again, still not sure if thats the answer to his weird behavior lately.

 

"Why do I hear the word 'In love' followed by my son's name?" A deep voice spoke, entering the kitchen.

"It looks like your son is all grown up now" Soo Min smiled at her husband who just arrived from work.

"Hey honey" Kris greeted her with a peck on the lips as Soo Min smiled at him

"Welcome home honey" Soo Min smiled at Kris who gave her a wink before he positioned himself beside his son.

"Now, who's this girl who caught my son's heart?" Kris asked while patting his son's head.

"I'm in love?" Baekhyun still mumbled to himself, not hearing his own father's question. He probably doesn't even know that his father arrived already

"Son?" Kris asked again but still, he didn't get any answer.

"That's impossible" Baekhyun still mumbled to himself, trying to figure out if he really was an in love human being.

 

Kris looked at his son then back at his wife and saw that she shrugged her shoulder before both of them laughed together. Their mini laugh trip was interupted when the door belle rang. "Looks like they're here" Soo Min happily mumbled as she saw Kris getting up from his seat. "I'll go get it" He said before making his way out of the kitchen and into the entrance of their houise: the door.

 

Once Kris opened the door, he was greeted by his no other than wife's best friend Hae Min together with her husband Sehun and a little girl beside him. "Hey Kris!" Hae Min happily greeted, holding something in her hands. "Come in! Come in!" Kris chirped as he opened the door wider for the family to come in.

 

"Hey Yi Fan, how's it going?" Sehun asked as both of them shared a brotherly hug.

"Life's going pretty well. I see you guys brought your little angel with you" Kris smiled at the little girl beside Sehun

"Honey, say hi to your Uncle Yi Fan. He is Auntie Soo Min's husband" Sehun said to his little angel.

"Annyeonghaseyo! Yoo Jung imnida. It's nice to finally meet you Uncle Yi Fan" Yoo Jung smiled cutely.

"Aigoo! You're so cute" Kris pinched her cheeks gently earning a giggle from the latter.

 

"Hae Min!!!" Someone squeeled making them look at the person who brought Hae Min in a tight hug.

"Soo Min unnie!" Hae Min hugged her best friend back.

"How's it been?" Soo Min asked.

"It's been good" Hae Min replied with a smile.

"Oh? Annyeong Yoo jung-ah! Wow, you've grown tall now huh?" Soo Min smiled at the little girl.

"Nae Auntie! It's nice seeing you again" Yoo Jung smiled at Soo Min.

"Hi Sehun" Soo Min greeted the man beside Yoo Jung.

"Hey Soo Min" Kiseop greeted bad

"Oh? I see that your head isn't red now huh?" Soo Min pinpointed out making Sehun touch his now black hair.

"Yeah, this little girl right here wanted me to dye it black. She wants something natural" Sehun said earning a giggle from Yoo jung.

 

"Umma! I finally realized that I've been in love    Y-Yoo J-Jung-ssi..." Baekhyun stuttered as soon as he got out of the kitchen to see who was at the door.

"Huh? You're in love with Yoo Jung?" Soo Min asked making the elders look at him with wide eyes.

"A-Ani! I-It's just t-that... Y-Yoo J-Jung-ssi, y-you're h-here" Baekhyun couldn't help but turn red at the site of the girl, making it a lot more obviouse

"Baekhyun-ssi, annyeong" Yoo Jung bowed at him since Baekhyun was a year older than her.

"N-Nae, annyeong" Baekhyun bowed too.

"You guys know each other?" Kris asked, looking at Yoo Jung then at his son.

"We go to the same school" Yoo Jung politely replied with a smile.

"Jinja?!" The four elders looked at both of them in pure shock.

"Now that's something we don't know" Sehun commented making the rest of the elders laugh.

"Why don't we continue our chit chat at the dining table, come on" Soo Min said before all of them made there way to the food-filled dining table.

 

 

"So, what grade are you in Baekhyun-ah?" Hae Min asked with a smile, swallowing on her food.

"I'm an 8th grader in middle school" Baekhyun replied and this time, he didn't stutter

"How about you Yoo Jung-ah?" Soo Min asked with a smile.

"A 7th grader in middle school" Yoo jung replied, smiling back at Soo Min.

"So... Who's your school's kingka?" Sehun couldn't help but ask.

"Yeah, I'm curious about it too" Soo Min nodded.

"Baekhyun-ssi, aren't you one of the schools Kingka?" Yoo Jung looked at Baekhyun who was now blushing again.

"M-Me? Aaah yeah yeah... Hehehe" Baekhyun awkwardly laughed as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"You are?" Kris looked at his son, not sure if he was telling the truth or not.

"Nae Appa, together with Jun Myeon, Jong In and Kyungsoo hyungs" Baekhyun nodded his head.

"That's pretty cool. How about you dear? Are you the Queenka?" Kris asked Yoo Jung with a smile.

"A-Ani. I'm not" Yoo jung replied.

"You're not? How can you not? You're the most prettiest girl in that school" Sehun said as he looked at his daughter, unbelievable.

"For you it is, the school's Queenkas are really nice and pretty" Yoo jung smiled at the thought of her their school's unnies, Girl's Day.

"But thanks appa" Yoo Jung smiled at her father who gave her a peck on the head after.

"But you can be Queenka, you know" Baekhyun suddenly spoke up without even thinking.

"Huh? How can that be?" Yoo Jung looked at him with a questioning look.

"You just have to stick with me at all times" Baekhyun said without even thinking again. Upon realizing what he had said, he blushed as he cleared his throat.

"I-I mean... Y-You know, k-kingkas and q-queenkas should s-stick t-together right? Hehehe...I-If you w-want to" Baekhyun looked away for his parents to not see how red his face was, especially Yoo Jung, the girl he had finally confirmed that he was in love with.

"Sure, I would love that" Yoo Jung replied with a smiled, making Baekhyun look at her beautiful face.

 

 

"I hear the church bells ringing~" The elders laughed and teased the teens at how cute they looked together.

"Umma/Appa" The two teens shyly whined as they looked away from each other, blushing.

 

"I do really have a wonderful family" Soo Min happily thought as she looked at her husband who was still teasing his son with KSehun. Then she looked at her best friend, who was laughing alone with them. I love all of them.
