Week 19 - Your baby's skin now has a protective coating, while you might be hoping for something to protect you from painful leg cramps.

Pie posts a picture of her stding in front of the mirror, showing her (finally) starts to show baby bump. Her fans are really amazing by her bump, it’s so small, some of them guess it could be a boy so her bump is this small, but some others say it because she’s petite type so her belly is small, it should be a girl… Yeah! Ever since Pie’s announced her pregnant, her fans started to have some civil wars, and the reason are just the same old one, THE GENDER!!! Some said it’s a girl, some said it’s a boy, some said could be twins, both boys, both girls or one girl – one boy,… This war wouldn’t be end until they know what was baby truly are, same as Kim and Pie, but there’s maybe a change in their family nowaday.

It afternoon, Kim’s coming home from work, when he opens the door, Pie is noowhere to be seen. So he goes upstair to check on her, then he hears some whispers come from their bedroom. So he decieds to eavesdrops on her.

“Huh!? What’s it baby? You don’t like or like it, what I call you?” Pie is talking with their baby.

“What is happening?” Kim walks in, caught Pie is in surprised.

“Oh, nothing… Actually I was talking to our baby, and then I call it “boy” then it kicks me!! I don’t know what it means?”

“Oiy maybe she hears her mommy calls her a boy while really she’s a girl so she gets mad!!”

“OR because hes happy because I say it’s true!!”

“You’re really stubborn, aren’t you?”

“What is stubborn?”

“Obviouly our baby is a girl, but you just keep calling her a boy, that make her upset. And denied it all the time, too.”

“So do you!! It’s a boy but you want it’s a girl, it can make our baby upset, too!!”

“This will never be end!! Hope next week come faster so we will know what is our baby really is, so we won’t have to argue again.” Kim said in a deep sigh, honestly he started to found those bet are stupid, boy or girl, it’s still their baby, nothing gonna change or happen, they’re still love it. More over, their fans started to seperated because of those things, too… Such a headache.

“Uh hum, but I’ve been thinking… I don’t know should we find it out or keep it a secret!?” Pie’s words caught Kim in surprised.

“What do you mean?”

“Honestly, I don’t know if we should find out baby’s gender or not, it’s good but I want it’s to be surprise!!”

“Yeah, but this is our first one, so knowing the gender is better, I think!? So we can have a better prepare…”

“Uh huh, this is a pain in the !!”

“Oiy lady!! No swearring beside kid!!” Kim warns her, and she just sticks her tounge out to him, so he tickles her, they’re laughing so hard

At the weekend.

In these days, Kim and Pie are really free, they don’t have anything to do at all. So you now can find them are sitting at the pool, well only Kim, Pie is swimming (gentle exercises are really good for pregancy, it makes the mother become stronger, healthier and more comfortable, makes the birthing progress goes smoothly, for Pie her belly is kinda small, so she doesn’t have those physical pain yet, but for her morning sickness it’s still happen but you know how she takes care of it, right?). Out of nowhere, Kim’s phone ringing, he picks it up and a strange voice is speaking.

“Hello! Is this Mr. Jittaleela speaks?”

“Yes, may I help you? Or know you?”

“Actually I’m from the delivery service, I’m in front of your house right now, someone send a packpage for you, sir.”

“Oh, okay, really? I’ll go ou now.”

“Who is that Kim?” Pie asks as she walks to him, drying her hair with a towel.

“Delivery man, he said someone send us a packpage!”

“Oh!? That’s weird, do you think anything can happen?”

“I don’t think so, but I have to go out and check.”

“I want to go with you!! If something happen I can help!!”

“Oiy you’re so sensitive now! Beside who help who? You’re pregnant.”

“But two better than one!” Pie pouts at him, so Kim just lets her follow him outside. When they get to the gate, nobody’re there, Kim opens the gate to look outside, Pie’s really scare that something might happen, and just when they step out, a group of people come out of nowhere…

“BOOO! SURPRISE!!” Yam, Peii, Jane, Nerd are there.

“OH MY GOD! You guys scare the hell out of me!!” Pie yells in shocked. Kim just stands there with a plain face, he’s shocked, too.

“Hehehe sorry baby, we just want to surprise you two~~” Jane said and comes to hugs Pie. So do Peii and Yam, Nerd.

“Oh my~~ Why don’t you tell us, so we can pick you guys!!” Kim said when finally gets back to his sense.

“That was you said a surprise!!” Peii said.

They invite their friends into the house. In the living room, they all sit down.

“So I heard Pie said you guys are having a problem!” Peii is the one who speak first.

“What’s problem? I didn’t know that we’re having one, honey?” Kim said, looks at Pie.

“Well, remember when we talked about baby’s gender, when I said to you that I don’t know if we should find out or keep it?”

“Yes, so what is wrong?”

“I call Peii, and he said they will come here to help us figure it out!!”

“Friends for the helps!” Jane said.

 “So… what are you guys gonna do?”

“Here is my plan… Next week is your big day, when you will find out the baby’s gender, right? So someone will come with you guys, then after the ultrasound, the person will take the gender result, keep it a secret, no one know even you two, then we wait unti your baby shower and make a gender surprising cake!! YAY!!” Yam said.

“But you guys won’t be here for so long right? How can we gonna wait until the baby shower? AND when is the baby shower??” Kim seems disagree with Yam’s idea.

“We also thought about that, and we decieded that Nerd will be the one who keep it. First she good at baking cake, yes, second… come on… she doesn’t talk at all!!”

“PERFECT!!” Peii and Jane agree, while Nerd seems surprised about that.

“Yes, but the main reason here is The baby shower? How and when?”

“Maybe when Pie is six months!?” Jane said.

“But you guys can’t stay here forever right?”

“The secret will be keep under Nerd’s secure, don’t worry, beside she doesn’t need to be here, she can go back and come, then maybe few days before the shower, she will come, bake the cake then release the secret… YAY ME!!” Yam’s clapping her hands happily for her idea.

“Really good!”

“I don’t know, how about you baby?” Kim turns to look at Pie who seem in deep thinking.

“Oh… well… I think it’s great!! We can go with that!!”

“If only that then why you are all here?” Kim looks at them.

“Oh that was our second problem!!” Peii said clapps his hands like a fashion designer style.

“And that would be…” Kim looks at him with a fighterned-seem-to-understand look.

“Look at Pie!! Her tummy is stating to show!! And GOSH!! She need a shopping with help of friends, her poor little thing can’t do all of that on her own!!” Kim clap his face, he knew it!!

“Oh honey, don’t worry!! You will be help.”

“By who?” Just then the door’s bell ring, Jane runs out to opens to see Sauli and Adam are there.

“I hear all of it… AND YES… Adam is your helping hands Kim~~” Sauli runs in and yells in excited, Adam is having that look which Kim is really familiar with…

“Thanks buddy, poor us!” Kim and Adam are consolating theselves.

Just like what they’ve discussed, next day is their shopping day. And that day is here!! They’re now in the mall, a big group with: Pie, Peii, Jane, Yam, Sauli walk happily together, Nerd is besdie them her face is like usual, Kim and Adam are behind preparing for what will come to them, a ton of shopping bags.

Just like what they thought, Adam and Kim have been drag from here to there, from this shop to another shop, from North to South, West to East. Until their legs become jelly, they can’t walk anymore, it’s not because they’re weak, it’s because not only being dragging around but they also carry a dozen of shopping bags, more than fifty I guess! Finally, the shopping trip has come to an end, two guys are really happy for that. The group ended up their trip at Madeo Restaurant, an Italia-American style restaurant in West Hollywood. Everyone order their foods, Pie like usual a set for two, but Peii is here so you know what he does, right? Yes joking on Pie without fear, but Pie just play along, which make Kim and Adam look at him in honors and with respects.After all they had had a maverlous night, with friends, jokes and laughs.

 Appointment day

Kim’s driving Pie and Nerd to the hospital for Pie’s appointment, as always they wait for their doc and being called inside by a nurse. Their doc, Dani, greets them with a shining smile.

“Hello! How are you? Have a good week?”

“Yes Dani, it’s been great!!”

“Seem like we have an extra guest here huh!?” Dani smiles, looks at Nerd, and Nerd smiles back a little to her.

“Yes she’s our friend from Bangkok, and as you know we might find out the gender today, but we want to keep it until our baby shower, so we will know it with our families and friends.”

“Ok! So she’s the lucky one who will know first, am I right?”

“Yes!” Kim and Pie said at the same time.

“Before we start, how is your condition now?”

“Uhm, quiet good, as you see, my bump start to show, my back kinda hurt these days, my morning sickness is worst as ever.”

“You’re still have morning sickness!? That was quiet drama huh? But did you do what I told you? The trick!?”

“Yes I did, and still do.” Pie said smiling and looks at Kim, who looks back and blushes.

“Oh… I understand!! Really enjoy yoursefl huh? Hehe but we should start the, because I think someone doesn’t want any of his dark secrets be release right?” Dani smirks at Kim, his face become redder.

Dani start the machine, put some gels on the monitor, and roll it on Pie’s tummy.

“Ouch!! Cold as always!!” Pie crinkles at the coldness.

“I can do anything about that!! And here is it, your baby, healthy and cute as always, too!!”

“Awwe that’s my baby!!” Kim lokks lovingly at the screen, so does Pie.

“It’s so small and cute! But my bump is small, do you think the baby’s small, too?”

“No for what I see here, your baby is in good condition, good shape, good weight, good height, perfect is all I can say. No sickness, no defects, awesome!!”

“Thank god!! I’m always worry my baby is so tiny like my bump.”

“No in your condition we will call it is in good shape!”

“Thanks!!”

“About the gender… Let me research it a bit now.” Kim looks away, he doesn’t want to see and break the surprise, so does Pie.

“Awe don’t be scare, sometime it’s easy to see, but sometime it’s hard to see also… And for your baby, I think did kid kinda discreet, it doesn’t want me to see… Hey baby can you open your legs so Doctor can know who you are?” Dani talks to Pie’s belly. Kim and Pie are worried they might can’t find out.

“Hey baby, it’s your mommy, comeone, open up, don’t be shy!!” Pie said sweetly to the baby, to all of their surprised, the baby does open it’s legs, reveal it’s secret part.

“AWWWE what’s an obedient baby, so sweet!!” Dani compliments in her baby’s voice.

“Done, we’re done!! Now you two go and sit at the desk, me and your friend here will come out and do our job, ok?” They do as what Dani said.

They go home after, all their friends are really excited to see them, but they know that they can’t know the baby’s gender but it fine for them. So they just having a group discussion about baby’s name and room.

After that day, Nerd went back to Bangkok for her work, Jane went back 4 days later, then to Yam, Peii was the longest stayed, but he still have to went back after two weeks. Kim and Pie are sad and missed them, but they can’t be selfish and keep their friends staying with them forever, farewell is always happen but the good thing is they’re still good friends, still connected, and will meet again soon!
