~April 15, 2012, California~

 “Alone in the room that is more spacious than usual, It’s over, guess it’s over, the story created by the two of us was also in vain, I can’t believe it could crumble so easily, One mistake, got a one regret Nobody is perfect, Even if I try to say and hear it, The pain won’t heal no matter what.” Girls’ Generation sang through the speakers in the dorm, Ali read letter after letter from Tao making her cry away the sadness in her heart and laugh at the corny jokes Tao would make in the letters. Now Eunji was playing music throughout the dorm as she made lunch for the two.

“Eunji… I can’t understand Japanese but I’m pretty sure this song is depressing.” Ali said as she grabbed the final letter out of the bag.

“Neither can I.” Eunji said as her phone rang, smiling at the picture that was being displayed on her phone.

“Ben Ben!” Eunji said excitedly over the phone.

“Eunji-ah, what are you doing?” Kris asked

~One Year Ago~

After Tao's Korean lesson he and Yixing went to a pizza parlor for lunch, Yixing knew that something was wrong with the younger male but he couldn't quite put his finger on it, he figured that pizza could lift Tao's sprits, because who can be sad while eating pizza.
"Zitao, what's bothering you?" Yixing asked after they submitted their order to the waitress.
"I feel like I'm going crazy, Xing ge." Tao said as he put his head in his hands
"Why? Is it the practices?" 
"A little... But Have you ever felt like your heart would burst if you didn't see someone?" 
"Not particularly, but continue."
"When I saw Ali at Namsan, the feelings I tried to push down, came back as soon as I saw her."
"Did you tell her how you feel?"
"No! And that's why I'm going crazy! I want to tell her but what if she wants to just be my friend?"
"Then you should be her friend, but you will never know if you don't tell her."
"I don't even know what I'd say to her..."
"Write it down later, that way you can change it and take things out, and by the time you see Ali again it'll be perfect." Yixing said as the waitress came back with their pizzas. As Yixing started to eat his pizza Tao was deep in thought, what would he actually say to Ali? Could he really confess to her?
"Tao eat your pizza. It's getting cold!" Yixing said pulling Tao out of his thoughts.
After eating, Yixing went to Tao's dorm to help him with his confession. 
"How do I write this?!" Tao said in frustration.
"How would you describe her Tao?"
"Like... Like a beacon of light during a storm... There when you need her... Even if there's no storm she's always there to give light to life." Tao said as he looked at Yixing.
"Write that." Yixing said with a smile as Tao began to write.

Ali, you don't know how I feel about you... Usually I'm the ge that's never at a loss for words, I'm usually brave and confident but with you I'm nervous, you're the light that lights my sky. Do you know the hardest part of not having my sun everyday? Maybe it's  your bright smile, Maybe it's how sweet your voice sounds when you say "Taozi 加油！” or maybe it's not going to the beach with you. Looking at the ocean as it flows day by day towards the future... The future I want to spend with you. I think it's time for me to say my actual motive for my leaving... I want to be the man you always depend on. I know that I'm always there for you and I always protect you. But that's
