“Once upon a time, in a very deep, deep forest lived a grotesque beast with his little dwarf and talking utensils. He was so vicious, evil and will eat everything that looks yummy and delicious-“

“E-even humans?” a timid voice asked.

“Yes, Daniel. Even humans. He was being cursed by the malevolence stepmother of him and being kicked out from the kingdom because he had been trying to kill the queen, who was the stepmother earlier.”

“Because the queen is the stepmother that cursed the prince, dumb Chanhee.”

“Hey! Chanhee is not dumb. You are.” Spat another voice.

“Chanhee, the queen is the wicked stepmother. Jonghyun, Byunghun, please don’t fight each other and Choi Jonghyun, do you realize that Chanhee is older than you by two years?”

“Neh.” Jonghyun nodded apologetically. “Sorry, Chanhee-hyung. Jonghyun won’t do it again.”

“Kya!” Chanhee squealed happily. “Chanhee-hyung forgives Jonghyun if Jonghyun is acting all cute like this!”

Jonghyun smiled sheepishly.

Turned out, Byunghun was flamed with anger and jealousy because Chanhee didn’t look at him or stared at him or talked at him. “Why?” He silently wept.

“Okay, now listen boys, I’m going to continue my story!”

The little boys chirped happily and focused at the story teller.

“So, one breezy night, a man with his horse cart was lost in that forest. He walked and walked aimlessly in the forest and then, stumbled in front of the old large Victorian castle. The howling sound of owls made everything much creepier with the-“

“Oh my god, is he meet with Frankenstein?”

“Changhyun, he’s meeting with the beast, not with that ugly green brain-washed monster!” Daniel yapped.

“Oh.” Changhyun nodded meekly.

“And the man knocked the humongous wooden door frighteningly. He glanced to his left and right, shrinking himself into a small curl when black clouds suddenly appeared. Pitter patters of rain wetted him and he shivered coldly. He knocked the door frantically with loud bangs. The door creaking apart all of sudden and he jumped backwards a few foot. He swallowed his saliva and padding into the castle. Dusty, spiders’ webs, old decorations, faded red curtains… everything looked like they were unused for a long, long time. However, he heard a tiny miniscule of voice from the dark kitchen, more like to ‘He’s here!’ and he stepped to the abandoned kitchen warily. His eyes wandered to every round and he jolted in surprise when a shrill roar of thunder frightened him-“

“He looked like Chanhee-hyung.” Byunghun giggled.

“Byung-“ Chanhee pouted making the other boy blushed frantically with the cutesy part of the older.

“Yeah, but Chanhee-hyung is the cutest thing if we’re comparing him with the man in the story.” Niel quipped.

Changhyun nodded enthusiastically and hugged Chanhee by his waist. “Hyung is like marshmallow. Cute, fluffy and so soft!”

“Yeah, pudgy and chubby like Changhyun too!” Jonghyun exclaimed, pinching the older’s cheek.

“Andwae!” Chanhee shrieked, giggling when the other tickled his sensitive parts of body.

Byunghun bit his thumb, eyes glistening with tears. He wanted to hug Chanhee too. He wanted to tickle Chanhee too. Without the little boy knowing, tears already taint his face.

“Okay, the story is end! End!”

The boys looked over the story teller who making his way into the house. Trailing behind, the boys shouted calling for the teller, “Minsoo-hyung, continue your story, please! We’re promised we hear it!”
