"I said three hundred fifty."

A Baking Spell.

J-Hope stared melancholily at the burnt mess in his oven.

“It wasn’t meant to be on five hundred degrees, Jungkook-ah.” he said with a sigh.

Jungkook stood there with an apron on and flour in his hair.
“You said five hundred.” He said with a confused expression.

“I said three hundred fifty.” J-Hope said.

“There's a five in there.” Jungkook argued.

Sighing, he closed the oven door.

“These cookies are inedible. You can’t give Ra Da anything like this.” he said, leaning against the counter.

“Damnit.” Jungkook swore.

J-Hope resisted the urge to laugh at the poor distraught young boy.

“Clean up this mess, and then give me an hour. I can make them. It won’t be the same as a gift from you, but it won’t be a black lump either.”

Jungkook nodded and set to work.

Rolling up his sleeves, J-Hope set to work.

For an hour, flour, sugar, butter, and icing were flying around the room, followed by a diligent Jungkook with a damp rag.

The finished products were as beautiful as their creator himself.

Glowing over his beautiful handiwork, J-Hope carefully boxed and ribboned the cookies, iced and decorated to perfection.

“Ra Da will never be able to resist you after she see’s these.” J-Hope said with pried.

Jungkook picked up the box. “She never does anyway.” before waving and running out the front door.

There was still so many cookies left over, so he made another box, ribboned and sealed with love.

Knocking on Taehyung and Jimin’s room, he burst in without waiting for a response.

“TaeTae! I have a present for you to present to Sunny.”
Taehyung pulled his earphones out and looked up at his hyung.
“What?”
J-Hope held out the box.
“I made cookies for you to give to Sunny.” he said with a smile.
Taehyung stood up.
“Wow! Thanks Hyung! How did you know we were going out later?”
J-Hope tapped his nose and smiled. “Mother’s intuition.”

Going back to the kitchen he was perturbed by the fact that there was still so many cookies left, and only so many boxes he could make.

Making up one more box, and putting the rest on a plate with a sticky note labelled “Bangtan”.
He tossed the last box in to his bag as he made his way to the shoes.

“I need to take a walk. All the heat in the kitchen got me woozy.”

Grabbing his bag, J-Hope made his way out the front door.

He skipped along the street to the beat in his ears.
Skipping so concentratedly that he completely didn’t notice the girl also concentratedly stepping on only the second brick on the sidewalk.

A collide was inevitable.
