~Minwoo's POV~

He was moping.

I entered his room, hesitating in the middle of the entrance when I spotted his hunched figure in front of the T.V screen. He sat on the carpet, legs crossed Indian style with his PlayStation 3 controller in his hand. I'm pretty sure he had known the moment I had entered the room but he kept his hunched back stubbornly turned to me, his eyes remaining on the screen as he played. I walked into his room, taking a seat on the edge of his bed mattress. I silently watched him, that comical image of him with dog ears and tail back on my mind. I imagined that his tail would be rapped around his waist as his doggy ears would still be down in dejection. His sulky attitude almost made me want to laugh but I'd probably hurt his feelings. As tough as he acted...Junjin was easily hurt. "Hey," I said. His eyes remained on the screen, acting like he hadn't heard me. I tried again. "What are you playing?" "Nothin'," he finally said after a minute of silence. I sighed, standing. I sat down right next to him, shoulder brushing against his. Junjin didn't even flitch. He kept his eyes stubbornly glued to the screen, thumbs moving furiously on the controller. "Really?" I said, "you're not playing anything? So that's not a controller in your hand? My bad." He shot me a dark look before returning his attention back to the game. I bumped my shoulder against his. "How long are you going to act like this?" "I can't believe you're going out with that twerp," he muttered. "I'm not going out with him. It was just a date." "Same thing." "If you went out on a date with a girl," I began, trying to make a case, "does that necessarily mean that you're 'going out' with her?" It took him a minute before he grudgingly answered with "I guess not." He glanced at me. "But I still don't like it." I sighed. He was going to be difficult right to the end, wasn't he? "Jinnie, it's not like its easy finding a gay partner around here." "Oh yeah" Junjin snorted. "Well how did you two meet? Is there same gay telepathy? Like when you see each other you instantly know that the other is gay?" "Stop being a smartass all the time, Junjin." "Just sayin'," he grumbled. "So how did you two meet? Gay Match.Com?" I glared at him. "Okay, sorry," he muttered. "But I do want to know." "Why?" "I'm nosy." I eyed him before answering. "We met in school, obviously. It was just by chance that we realized that we had something more in common besides going to the same school." "Yeah, that you two both like-" he cut off when he saw my glare. "Sorry. Go on." "We both have the same Physics class and we got paired up to do a project. One thing led to another and we discovered that we're both in the same situation." "And decided to go out." "For the last time, we're not going out! We're just...experimenting." Junjn looked at me suspiciously. "What do you mean experimenting? Did you two..." I shook my head. "No, it hasn't gotten to that point yet. Our relationship is completely platonic. It's our first time meeting another...person with our situation. We decided to go on dates first before making any final decisions." "Like going out." "Yeah." "Don't." "Don't what?" He glared at me. "Go out with him. Don't even date him." I rubbed my forehead. "That's not for you to decide. Look, can't you be a little bit supportive of me? We're best friends right? You said it yourself, we're the two musketeers. Why can't you accept me as I am?" "I do accept you." "No. You don't." "He doesn't deserve you." I blinked, taken aback. "Huh?" "That shrimp. You can do better than him." "Oh really?" I lifted a brow, "do you have any other guy in mind?" I waited for his answer, holding my breath. I guess in my heart I still had hope, wishing that he'd face me and proclaim his undying love for me. But sadly...hoping wasn't enough because he glanced at me and sneered. "I don't have any guy in mind. But we have tons of hot chicks in school." I release my breath. I suppose I should have seen that one coming. "Forget it, junjin. I'm not interested in girls." "Why the hell not?" He shot back, "what made you decide that you suddenly liked guys?" "It's not sudden." Because I have always loved you. "I realized that I was different years ago." Because I found out that I loved you more than a friend. "And you can't change that." Because even though loving you hurts...I'm willing to suffer for all eternity just to be by your side. I looked at him. "Jinnie, you're my best friend. Don't let me being different change anything between us. Please." He must have seen a glimpse of the pain I was desperately trying to hide because his face softened. He scowled at me but it didn't hold any menace. "Fine. I'll shut up for now...but I still don't like that Umpa Lumpa." I sighed. "And I still don't see why you'd chose him over me." If only he meant that romantically but I knew his ego was just hurt. It was strange but the thought of me liking Dongwan's type over his type of guy was bugging him. Must be a territorial thing. Again him with dog ears flashed in my mind and I chuckled. He shot me a look. "What's so funny?" I shook my head, half smiling. "Nothing, nothing." He stared at me for a couple of seconds longer before turning back to his game. I leaned back and glanced at the t.v screen. For several minutes the only sound in the room was the t.v and Junjin's fingers furiously clicking on the game controller. Then an idea popped in my head. I don't know what made me think of it all of a sudden but a part of me suddenly wanted to and get a little revenge for being such a pain in the . So, without him realizing what I was about to do, I leaned towards him and blew into his ear. "What the hell!" Junjin cried, covering his ears and dropping the controller. He leaned away from me, cheeks flushed red. "Geez, what was that for!?" I chuckled. A long time ago I had accidently found out that Junjin was sensitive in the ear. Blowing on it or even touching it made him...very responsive. "That's for almost ruining my date." He rubbed his ear, glaring at me. "You know I hate when people do that ." "Really?" I went for the attack. Junjin tried to scramble away but didn't make it far before I pounced on him, grabbing his wrists and pinning him down. I blew on his ear again and he cursed, struggling against my hold. "You !" He cried, turning red again. I laughed and let him go. Big mistake. He attacked me as soon as I let my guard down. I forgot that he knew that the only ticklish part of my body was my feet. "Stop!" I shouted, struggling to push him off of me as he sat down backwards on my stomach. "Junjinn!" "Revenge!" He shouted, throwing off my shoe followed by my sock. I laughed, tears streaming down my face as he mercilessly tickled my foot. Mustering up my strength, I shoved him off of me and tackled him. We both went down, cursing and laughing. Now that I think about it...we haven't goofed around like this since we started High School. It was...refreshing. This was something I usually wouldn't be doing anyway but with Junjin...it was fun. "Got'cha!" He exclaimed, getting on top of my back and grabbing my leg. He tugged it back as I struggled to get up. "Say my name, !" "!" I shouted. "Bzzzed! Wrong answer!" He tugged on it harder and I cried out. "Now...who's your daddeh?" I gasped. "Kim Jong Kook!" "Aw, man, that's just sick!" I knew that that would distract him so I made my move. Pushing myself up, I threw Junjin off my back. But I didn't move fast enough, it took him only a few seconds to get a hold of himself and attacked me again. This time he turned me around on my back and pinned me down by my wrist, straddling my legs. "Now," he grinned, panting. "Say my name and surrender." I laughed beneath him, breathing heavy from our tussle. "Never." "Do it or I'll bite you." I gapped. "You wouldn't dare!" He leaned down towards me until our faces were only inches apart. "Is that a challenge?" My eyes widened. I had forgotten that this boy loved a challenge. From the twinkle in his eyes, I'm willing to bet that he would do it...and right now...it didn't sound like a bad idea. To feel Junjin's teeth sink against my flesh...it had my heart thumping uncontrollably. He must have seen something on my face because Junjin froze above me. Everything was suddenly silent, the noise coming from the t.v growing distant. Then...it was only the sounds of our breathing and my heartbeat pulsing against my ear that I was aware of. My eyes landed on his lips. Unconsciously, he it and I almost groaned. This...this was a very dangerous moment. "Oooh, okay, this is good," an excited voice said from the doorway. "Very hot!" Junjin cursed, releasing his hold on me. "Ya! What the hell are you doing?" I glanced at his sister and found that she was holding a small camcorder. "Shh, oppa," she shushed him. "Pin him down again. That was hot. While you're at it, take off his shirt." "Youngji!" Junjin scrambled off of me and went after his sister. Youngji's eyes widened and she shrieked, turning around to run away. Junjin chased after her and I heard even more shrieks. I sat up, running a hand down my face. If Youngji hadn't come right there and then I don't know what I would have done. And the thing is...I don't know if I should be relieved...or disappointed.
