Of course the cutting/blending is perfect so no more needs to be said about that.
You used the font fell and the text effects look good.
There is a wonderful mix of stock and textures also.
I like how you direct the focus towards the girl in the middle.
It's very clear where your focus is and you did it in a number of great ways.
The main image has a clear view compared to the "supporting" ones where the faces
are covered. It is a good way to differentiate them. Other things include that main
image is centered, white background is behind her, the vertical stripes on each side,
the long strip of text, and the repeated clocks. All these things help your composition.
What I think could help is thinking about the vertical spacing. For example,
the signature above is very "top heavy" all the models are at the same eye level. 
It keeps my eyes stuck at the top and doesn't promote movement around the signature.
