As Sehun looked at his phone screen, he broke into a smile.

" someone's birthday is tomorrow " he chuckled as he thought of how he should go along doing a little surprise for Luhan.

 ( At Luhan's house ) 

" ah Sehunnn ah! " Luhan called as he jumped to hug Sehun with a wide smile.

Sehun chuckled.

" I missed you " Luhan smiled , looking into Sehun's eyes.

" me too " Sehun replied as he nuzzled Luhan's nose.

The two grinned.

" aren't you gonna kiss me ? "  Luhan asked.

" impatient " Sehun teased.

" yah.. " Luhan replied.

Sehun smiled as he gave Luhan a kiss on the forehead.

Luhan grinned as he pointed to his cheeks.

Sehun chuckled as he gave two kissed , one on each of Luhan's cheek.

Luhan smiled wider as he pointed to his lips.

Sehun looked away.

" ah , quickly " Luhan joked.

Sehun gave a light smile, still looking away. 

As Sehun turned,

Luhan pulled Sehun's face closer as he gave Sehun a deep kiss.

After the kiss, Sehun chuckled.

" what can i do with such an adorable boyfriend like you ? " he asked.

" just kiss me " Luhan chuckled as he went in for another kiss.. ..

THEN.. 

" BRINNGGGGG RINGGGGGG GGGGG G GGGGG " the alarm sound.

Luhan frowned.

" ugh " he uttered as he slammed a pillow on it.

He frowned as he slowly opened his eyes.

" so it was a dream .. .. " Luhan spoke as he recalled it.

" ugh stupid alarm " Luhan spoke as he kicked his blanket away.

He stretched as he reached for his phone.

Text from Baekhyun Chanyeol and the others , Kai..

Luhan chuckled as he read it.

" hyung Hyunggg Hyunnngggg! DO AND CHANNIE HERE!! we are writing this together now. yea cos Chanyeol is bugging me to write it with him..

Luhan shook his head as he chuckled.

He continued scrolling. ..

Expecting to see a certain someone's text.

But no Sehun.

 " 0 text from Sehun " he spoke.

Luhan frowned.

" AIISH! " he shouted as he threw his phone on the bed and headed to the toilet.

After about 10 minutes, Luhan was drinking a cup of coffee when his phone rang.

" hello ? " he answered.

" YAH! are you coming ? i have a schedule , if you remembered " Sehun spoke.

" !! ! oh yea! ok ok  ! i shall leave now! wait! Sehun ! don't you remember anything special today ? " Luhan asked , hoping that Sehun remembers his birthday.

" what about today ? " Sehun lied as he smirked.

" eh.. you don't remember ? " Luhan asked.

" nope not at all. why ? hey aren't you coming  ? If not we are gonna be late and i hate late " Sehun asked.

" its' fine.. alright i'm on my way now " Luhan sighed.

Sehun chuckled as he hung up, he thought of the surprise for Luhan later .

" he's just gonna love me more " Sehun thought as he waited for Luhan.

( LATER THAT NIGHT )

" where is he ? " Sehun thought as he looked at his watch.

" it's already 10 pm.. I thought he said he will be home earlier than this " Sehun spoke as he paced around the bench.

He looked at the cake which he decorated earlier on and the heart candles on the floor. 

" aiish the cake really. " Sehun thought as he looked at the terrible mess he made.

He had a perfect picture of it before he made it however after decorating it with icing and all it kinda looked like something else even he didnt know what.

Sehun sighed, " at least i tried " he told himself.

Sehun sat down as he waited.

He took out the gift .

He got him and Luhan a matching watch with their initials etched on the underside of the watch. 

Luhan's was : S <3 L 

Sehun's was : L <3 S 

Sehun smiled, Now all he needed was Luhan to be here so he can lit the candles on the floor and the cake would be in the center.

" aiish where is he  .. His phone is dead too " Sehun spoke as he sighed , still waiting for Luhan.

At the amusement park.

" AH! that was amazing! really awesome!!! it's a pity it closes at 10 .. " Luhan sighed as he smiled to Kai.

" i know right!! i loved amusement parks the most though we didn't ride all the high element rides " Kai chuckled.

" sorry. haha i just have a fear for heights " Luhan spoke

" it's fine . at least we ate some really good food and it was a worthwhile time here " Kai grinned as he chomped on the remaining popcorn.

Luhan nodded.

" shall we go for supper ? " Kai asked.

Luhan nodded.

" rice cake ? " the two said at the same time.

" sure " Kai replied as he chuckled.

Luhan grinned

" we sure think alike " Luhan said.

Kai nodded " totally " .

After about another hour.

" go home, no need to walk me home. It's already 11.30 " Luhan said.

" but ." Kai said.

"  you had accompanied me alot tonight. Thank you for spending time with me today. Really " Luhan smiled.

" i had alot of fun tonight. " Luhan added.

" still i wanna spend more time with you " Kai chuckled.

Luhan slightly blushed.

" yah.. " Luhan chided.

" alright. alright . I will go home now. When you're home text me yea ? " Kai smiled.

Luhan nodded.

Kai grinned as he waved goodbye before heading to the busstop.

Luhan waved. 

After watching kai board the bus , Luhan headed home.

His phone died so he couldn't even call Sehun.

As he thought of Sehun he thought what could Sehun be doing now too.

" still at work ? he didn't even remember my birthday .  " Luhan sighed as he placed his hands in his pockets.

As he reached his flat .

Luhan looked at his watch.

" 11:45 "  he sighed as he leaned against the lift door.

As he reached his door.

There was a piece of paper stuck on it.

" hey. when you see this  come down awhile. you know who am i . S " it read.

" Sehun ? " Luhan thought as he jammed the lift buttons.

Luhan rushed out of the lift to the lobby.

" what is this.. he isnt even here " Luhan uttered.

Then he saw a familiar figure.

" Sehun ? " Luhan called.

That figure turned and immediately bend down.

" ! " Sehun said as he bend down to lit the candles one by one.

He placed the cake in the center as he took the gift and hid behind the bushes.

He breathed in as he waited to hear that familiar footsteps coming closer.

" ah.. Sehun ah! where are you ? " Luhan shouted.

Sehun grinned.

Luhan walked then he stopped.

His eyes widened.

He broke into a smile.

Luhan looked at the lit candles which formed a heart with the cake in the center of it.

" yah. come out. " Luhan chuckled.

Then.

" boo  " someone whispered as those familiar arms wrapped around Luhan's waist. 

Luhan grinned as he turned to look at Sehun.

" you didn't forget did you ? " Luhan asked as he pinched Sehun's nose.

Sehun shook his head.

" thank you " Luhan chuckled.

" it's 11:58. 2 minutes to 12, and so before your birthday ends, HAPPY BIRTHDAY " Sehun smiled.

Luhan grinned as he pinched Sehun's cheeks.

" ow that hurts you know " Sehun spoke as he brought Luhan closer.

" is that all you are gonna tell me ? " Luhan joked.

Sehun nodded.

" i .... you " Sehun whispered , not saying the love word out.

" haha! say it ! " Luhan teased

Sehun shook his head as he sat on the bench.

" why is the cake so ugly by the way " Luhan asked , sitting beside Sehun.

Sehun frowned.

" it isnt that bad! i tried my best okay " Sehun said.

Luhan chuckled.

" i know. still thank you " Luhan smiled as he look at the lit candles.

" they're pretty " Luhan added smiling.

Looking at Luhan's smiles, Sehun smiled.

" why were you so late by the way ? " Sehun asked.

" oh. Kai went to the amusement park with me and we had loads of fun there and after that we went for supper so yea " Luhan said.

Sehun nodded.

" no wonder you were this late " Sehun replied.

" you made me wait for so long " he retorted.

" i didn't ask you to wait for me! i thought you were busy " Luhan sulked.

Sehun chuckled as he held Luhan's hand.

" you are forgiven on one rule " Sehun teased.

" what is it ? " Luhan asked.

" kiss me and i'll forgive you for making me wait so long " Sehun joked.

" eh. " Luhan blushed,

Sehun smirked.

" it's my birthday why are you asking for one kiss even " Luhan joked.

" your birthday was yesterday " Sehun corrected as he pointed to the watch which said 12 : 08 pm.

Luhan pouted.

Sehun chuckled as he handed something to Luhan.

" this is " Luhan said as he smiled opening it.

" flip to the back " Sehun added.

Luhan smiled even wider.

" Sehun. this is " Luhan grinned as he saw the S <3 L engraved behind the watch's face. 

" like it ? " Sehun asked .

Luhan nodded.

Sehun took out his watch as he showed Luhan that behind his was a L <3 S .

Luhan chuckled at the sweetness.

" you're quite sweet yourself " Luhan chuckled.

" i can be if i want to " Sehun winked.

" wear it i'm telling you. It's not cheap " Sehun said.

Luhan nodded.

" thank you " Luhan grinned. Sehun smiled.

" so now do i get a kiss ? " Sehun asked , looking at Luhan.

Luhan looked away.

" yah " Sehun pulled Luhan's arm.

" Sehun ah! A bird " Luhan spoke as he pointed else where.

Sehun turned 

" yah why do you always.. " then before he could continue, a pair of familiar lips came crashing onto his.

Sehun broke into a smile as he brought Luhan closer and kissed him.

" why do i always fall for that " Sehun asked as he looked into Luhan 's eyes.

" because you're dumb ? " Luhan asked.

" what ? ! " Sehun answered.

" just kidding " Luhan chuckled as he gave Sehun another long kiss.

And naturally Sehun didn't mind that

" the cake's melting " Luhan said .

" it was because you kept kissing me " Sehun joked.

" yah. it was you who wanted me too kiss you " Luhan chuckled.

Sehun laughed as he cupped Luhan's face and gave Luhan a peck on the lips.

" hehe can we just go up to continue this " Luhan chuckled , his face flushed.

Sehun grinned,

" lets go Han " he said as he held Luhans hand and the cake in the other hand.

When the two reached Luhan's apartment, Sehun's lips immediately found Luhan's.

He dropped the cake on the table as he carried the other guy up and headed to the room.

Sehun grinned , Luhan smiled. <3
