At the office the next day. 

Luhan was walking towards his desk when Sehun walked passed him.

" Sehun! " Luhan called.

Sehun stopped for a moment, than continued walking down.

" sehun . " Luhan called again.

Sehun did not reply him and just walked on.

" why didn't he reply me? " Luhan asked.

he bit his lips.

Later that day , Luhan met Sehun again by the cafeteria when he went to get lunch with Chanyeol Baekhyun and DO.

" Sehun ah! i saw some really nice cakes shall we eat them together ? " Luhan asked.

Sehun pretended not to hear Luhan and just took his coffee as he walked towards the lift.

" are you guys quarrelling or something ? " DO asked.

Luhan looked at Sehun's back.

He shook his head.

Chanyeol patted his buddy's back.

And that went on for 2 days , whenever Luhan saw Sehun, he would call for him but Sehun would pretend that he did not hear it.

( the third day ) 

" I got you your favourite black coffee " Luhan spoke as he handed the coffee to Sehun.

Sehun looked at it.

" i have already drank." he replied.

" but " Luhan spoke.

" i bought it especially for you " Luhan uttered.

" you can have it , i'm not drinking it " Sehun replied as he walked off.

Luhan felt like he was about to break.

" why was Sehun ignoring me " Luhan thought .

" heyy " Baekhyun called as he patted Luhan's shoulder.

Seeing that tears were welling up in his buddy's eyes.

" hey hey don't cry. why ? did Sehun bully you or said you were annoying again? " Baekhyun spoke.

Luhan shook his head as he went into his buddy's arms.

" Sehun.. he.. he hates me " Luhan said.

" why would he ?! " Baekhyun spoke.

" i don't know. " Luhan replied.

" what happened , the night at the club? " Luhan asked.

Luhan sniffed.

After explaning.

" WHAT?! So you think Sehun saw that Kai kissed you and then you chased after him but you could not find him? " Baekhyun asked.

Luhan nodded.

Baekhyun placed his hands on his hips.

" aiish. that guy " Baekhyun said.

" Do you think Sehun hates me ? " Luhan asked.

" gosh no. He's just being an idiot , really " Baekhyun replied.

" but Baekhyun ah i really i really miss talking to him , i mean tho i know he doesn't like me and all but still " Luhan said.

" don't worry.. I will go and talk to him " Baekhyun said as he gave Luhan a warm hug.

" and you! don't stick with Kai so much " Baekhyun said.

" but we are close friends " Luhan replied.

" close friends or what. just don't " Baekhyun spoke, slightly irritated.

Luhan looked at him.

After that, Baekhyun went to approach Sehun.

" YAH OH SEHUN! " Baekhyun shouted as he stomped his way towards Sehun.

" YOU REALLY ARE ONE " Baekhyun spoke as he looked at Sehun.

sehun looked down.

" you should have held on to him since way back ! and not now when Kai appears " Baekhyun added.

" i mean if you like him why are you afraid to even admit it? " Baekhyun asked.

" DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW MISERABLE LUHAN IS FEELING RIGHT NOW? he thinks you hate him " Baekhyun added.

" I don't " Sehun replied.

" than why are you even acting like this! " Baekhyun shouted.

" i.. i don't know. i just i feel so jealous when i see him with Kai " Sehun spoke.

" DUHHH! cos you are in L O V E " Baekhyun said.

" i don't know i really dont " before Sehun could finish his sentence.

" if you still have feelings for him. go right up to him and tell him honestly. like a man " Baekhyun finished.

Sehun looked at him.

Baekhyun nodded.

Sehun sighed as he looked at Baekhyun.

" what?" Sehun asked as he spoke to Luhan's department head.

" yea. Luhan left earlier just now. He said he was meeting a friend for dinner or something " the department head spoke.

" oh. thanks " Sehun replied , leaving.

At Luhan's house, Sehun sat the nearby bench.

he pondered as he thought over what Baekhyun had said.

" he's right. i should have grabbed Luhan while i could.. " Sehun thought.

Baekhyun was right.

Sehun was in love..

In love with a guy called Luhan.

Sehun decided that it was time he told Luhan how he felt towards him.

Sehun looked towards the sky.

" luhan quickly come back i've so much to tell you " Sehun thought as he waited. 

The sky grew darker as more grey clouds appeared.

( At the restaurant ) 

Luhan poked his carrots as he remembered how Sehun hated carrots.

Sehun had been ignoring Luhan for 2 days.

Luhan sighed.

" you don't like carrots? " Kai asked.

" oh.. ( shaking his head ) no i like them " Luhan replied, putting one in his mouth.

Kai smiled as he watched Luhan.

" Has Sehun talked to you yet? " Kai asked.

Luhan shook his head.

Kai gulped.

" eat more " Kai smiled as he placed half of the steak onto Luhan's plate.

" thanks " Luhan replied.

The two ate their food silently. 

THEN.

" Luhan AH " Kai spoke as he placed his fork down.

Luhan looked at him.

" i have something to say and it's regarding you " Kai spoke, kinda serious.

Luhan chewed.

Kai cleared his throat.

" I like you ah Luhan, since way back when i was overseas, i already liked you " Kai said.

Luhan stopped chewing.

" it's you Luhan . I like you " Kai said again.

Luhan's carrot fell to the plate.

Luhan gulped as he blinked.

He looked at Kai.

Kai was very serious here.

" i " Luhan uttered.

" i know , you like Sehun and all. but can't you give me a chance to change your heart too? after all i know you pretty well, better than Sehun even , no ? " Kai said.

Definately, Kai was Luhan's close friend but with this sudden confession.

" you need not reply me now. i am not asking for your reply now but i hope you would consider it seriously " Kai added as he looked down.

" it's late. Let me send you home " Kai said as he stood up.

The two took a taxi to Luhan's house, the two of them did not even speak throughtout the ride.

" It's raining " Kai said.

Luhan nodded.

" you better get going " Luahn spoke.

Kai nodded.

" bye . take care. text me when you reach home " Luhan smiled.

Kai nodded.

" it was a nice dinner ,  " Kai spoke.

Luhan smiled.

Kai then looked at Luhan for a few seconds and hugged Luhan.

" think through what i have said yea? " Kai asked.

Luhan looked at him.

" about liking me " Kai said.

Luhan blinked.

" i'm serious " he added.

Luhan looked down as he fidgeted about.

" though i am not Sehun but. i am sure i can love you more than he does " Kai stated.

Luhan sighed.

then.

As the rain poured, heavier and heavier.

" Luhan. .. "

a figure called under the rain, a distance not so far from them. 

Kai turned followed by Luhan .

Luhan looked at that guy who was standing there.

" sehun .. " he uttered.

" what was he doing here? " Luhan thought. 

Drenched, Sehun looked at Luhan with a pair of sad eyes.

Kai looked at him then to Sehun.

" I need you " sehun spoke ,

hoping Luhan would just come to his arms right at that moment.

The rain poured as Luhan's heart beat faster and faster..

" Sehun ah " he replied as he stepped a step closer to Sehun.

" no. Don't " Kai spoke , holding Luhan's right arm .

Luhan turned to look at Kai.

" Don't go " Kai said.

Luhan turned to look at Sehun than to Kai.

" i'm sorry " Luhan said as he turned to look at .... ...
