"You shouldn't be interfering in our business."

Tao shifted uncomfortably in the dark upon hearing the man's voice. It was deep and husky, and seemed to creep up Tao's mind seductively. It was easy for a prey to drown within its depthness. 

But that wasn't the reason that made Tao's heart rate pace. Nor it was the intimidating giant figure that towered over his own.

It was some kind of glint in the man's eyes that it made him look inhuman. It was cold and dark and yet full of thirst, like the man was craving for blood. His blood.

At that instant, Tao had a strong urge to kneel before him. To bend his head low so he could hide from the man's menacing stare. To show weakness to the man, so that he could escape from his own pride. To show the man who was in charge.

He shook his head hard, as to get rid of the weird thoughts threatening to possess his mind, and stood firm on his ground. 

"It's my business if it's bothering my friend." He spoked, trying his best to not let his voice tremble.

The man was silent for a long while.

His face was hidden in the shadows, making his expression unreadable. The only thing visible to Tao was his eyes, which seemed to glow red dangerously in the darkness, like an alarm signaling Tao to flee. They looked like the ones of a beast, a monster that could devour him up any moment.

Tao could feel himself tensing up upon meeting the man's baleful gaze. He wanted so desperately to run away, to hide, to pretend that all this didn't ever happened. Gritting his teeth hard, he forced himself to look back in the man's eyes.

Damn it, Tao. You're a martial artist. Stop behaving like a pathetic child.

The man seemed to take in Tao's current situation, and a hint of amusement showed in his eyes. After a long pause, he finally spoke.

"Well then," he whispered dangerously. "Let's see how you'll deal with this."

And all of a sudden, Tao could feel himself choking. He gasped in terror as he realised that his feet had left the ground, that there was nothing underneath him.

He was airborne.

The only thing stopping gravity from pulling him towards the ground surface was an arm, with its fingers closing tightly around his windpipe, blocking his oxygen intake as he hung in the air. The man controlling the arm was floating in the air in ease, watching Tao sadistically as he struggled to loosen the iron clad-like grip on his neck, only to no avail. 

Tao felt his tears flowing uncontrollably down his cheeks as he started to lose conciousness.

He was going to die.

So I watched the drama version and I thought it would be fun to write a story about it!

This story, like the drama version, will contain some scenes between Luhan and the main female character, Yoon So-hee~

It won't be much tho, as this is more of a ot-12 + Taoris story. :).
