Jiyong felt strong arms pick him up, instantly stealing away plenty of the pain that burnt in the middle of his back. He relaxed the moment he felt soft lips brush agaiacknst his forehead. It felt so wonderful to be taken care of for a moment. For a long time, he had suffered through most of the hardships being abandoned came with completely alone. He just didn't have the heart to share his pain with his baby brother. Sweet little Luhan was already suffering.

"Are you okay?" a deep rumble tore him out of his jumbled thoughts. He nodded quickly, cheeks burning with slight embarrassment. He had spaced out! His dear saviour must have found it amusing as he let out a low chuckle. Once more, soft lips brushed against the boy's head."I'm glad you are. I heard your fall, it was pretty nasty. You should rest for a day or two at least. I have a feeling that you're going to get a nice little bruise on your back."

"Great." Jiyong's voice cracked slightly, causing him to blush even more. He wanted badly to say something else, maybe thank the other for helping him but... he just couldn't. His throat was dry and his heart was beating way too quickly: was it even healthy? He let out a soft huff as he moved a bit, burying his nose in a very firm chest, clad only by a thin shirt.

"You know, I would love to keep holding you like this, but I think we should check you for injuries!" S chuckled a little, gently placing Jiyong on a couch. He flinched back visibly when the tiny boy let out a pained wail."Are you okay?!" he asked, worry overflowing in his dark eyes. 

Jiyong forced himself to nod a little, turning more onto his stomach in an attempt to not lie on his pained back. He wanted to just lie like that for a while, taking in his handsome stranger's features, but the ache in his back was far too bad for that. He felt even worse than when he had crashed into the ground, almost like someone was standing on him, cracking his bones one by one.

"I will be...okay." he muttered finally, squeezing his eyes shut. 

"You try to act so tough even when you are badly hurt... that's somewhat cute, but it makes me worry, you know." Murmured the stranger as he bent done to gently roll
