*Junhwang pov * 

It's been three months since my father was allowed to see my mother but recently I feel strange towards mothers behaviour, she looks paler and skinnier day by day. I'm worried that she's hiding something from us

*Hyun ae pov *

I can't believe it, I'm diagnosed with a cancer and I don't have much time to live anymore, at the thought of leaving my son alone scares me and immediately I broke down and cry, but I cannot let anyone know about this especially Junhong. So I decided to act as usual until the time comes for me to leave. I also reliase that my son's expression also change a lot, he's been asking me whether I'm fine or not since he must have notice my physical apprearence.

"Omma are you okay, you look sick" asked Junhwang 

"O-oh I'm fine just a little bit tired that's all " I said as I tried to hide the truth from him 

"We'll if that's so then mummy should rest " he said with a smiled 

"I'm fine Junhwang ah mummy's still healthy " I said as I tried to hold back my tears from falling 

"Are you sur-" he ask but was interrupted 

"Oh Junhwang ah appa is here " said Junhong 

I forgot it was his vist Junhwang's day 

"Oh Hyun ae ah your home early then usual, is something wrong ?" He ask 

uh oh how am I supposed to tell him the reason why I'm back early from work 

"Uhm .. Well I was just tired and I'm having a little headache that's all " I said as I tried to smile 

"Oh you should rest, how bout I give you a head massage " he offered 

"Oh no it's fine " I reassured him 

"At least let me make you a cup of tea " he said as he began to take his coat off that went into the kitchen

"Junhwang ah do you want some hot chocolate" asked Junhong from the kitchen 

"Yes daddy, daddy let me help you " offered Junhwang 

 "Sure buddy, come on let's make your mum some tea " said Junhong 

Suddenly I received a call from the hospital and I quickly ran towards my bedroom and it seems like Junhong saw me and I hope he doesn't follow me. When I was sure that I was far enough from them I answered the call 

"Hello " I said 

 "Hello miss Jung  I'm to informed you that your cancer is still in level one and there's nothing to worry about " said the doctor on the line 

"And what should I do about it " I replied 

"We suggest that you take a therapy before it gets worse " said the doctor 

"I understand " I said as I was about to hang up 

"And one more thing, I would like you to swing by my office tomorrow okay " said the doctor 

"Yes doctor and doctor you haven't told anyone about my cancer right " I asked cautiously 

"No, my lips are sealed" said the doctor 

"Thank you and have a good day " I said 

"You too and remember don't stress out too much" said the doctor as he hung up on me 

I sighed a relief sigh as I was grateful that no knew about my disease yet, as I open the door I was surprised to see Junhong standing there and I quickly panic 

"Uh.... How long have you been standing there?"I asked hopefully just now 

"During your whole conversation on the phone and what therapy were you talking about ?" He asked suspiciously as he closed the door behind and placed a tray of tea and scones on the table 

"What are you talking about I don't understand" I tried to mislead him apparently it didn't work 

"Don't lie to me, I know it when your sick. Now tell me are you or not having a chronic disease ?" He asked as he trapped me between the walls and his chest 

"Urgh!!! I didn't want anyone to know and especially you !!" I screamed and thank god was the wall sound proof 

 "Know about what and why wouldn't you want me to know about !" He yelled 

"I-I-I " I couldn't speak 

"TELL ME!!" He screamed as he punch the walls 

"I'm diagnosed with a cancer! There you happy !" I screamed in his face as tears clouded my eyes 

 "W-w-what, that's not true. Your joking right" he said as he tried to look in to my eyes 

I knew I could face him after this and I tried to not make eye contact with him  but he took my chin with his fingers gently 

"Tell me darling, your not gonna leave right?" He ask as  I could feel his tears standing my cheek

"I don't know yet "I said as I cup his cheek with my right palm 

"NO?! BUT WHY?!" He yelled and collapsed to the floor 

"I'm sorry I'm so sorry" I sobbed as I tried to comfort him 

" Why must it be you the one to be diagnosed with a cancer, why can't it be me " he asked as he hug me like he'll never get this chance again 

"Shhh why are you saying such thing about yourself" I said as I comb his soft hair and kiss his forehead 

"I did so many mistake towards you and yet you still forgive me and now your gonna leave me and Junhwang alone" he asked as he finally face me 

"I'm still here aren't i, and I didn't say that I will leave you and Junhwang yet " I said as I look into his eyes 

"Please please don't leave us again and especially me, I can't bear to live without you anymore so please " he begged 

"I'll try ok " I said as I shushed him to sleep
