~Jaemin's POV~

I slept for like 5 hours or more maybe? but I still can't get over everything that happened earlier . I mean who would get over that quick after experiencing a total unbelieveable situation ? Nobody i guess , yup my question and i'm the one who answered it . Is this the effect of Psychological Trauma on me ? ugh .

I finally woke up after sleeping for hours . I opened my eyes slowly and sat up . I couldn't move . I kept thinking . My eyes are not moving . I kept staring at nothing . What did I do to deserve this ? I'm too traumatized to move then I suddenly heard footsteps and saw Keira standing at the door

" Keira where is- " I said but got cut off by Keira and she went to my side 



" You kicked it down and it's broken " Keira said and when I realized her words , my eyes widened 



" How did you know I kicked it down ? " I furrowed my eyebrows at her and S H O C K is written all over her face 



" Uh- Oh! come downstairs I cooked dinner for you ! " She exclaimed and drag me to the dining room and wow her cooking smells delicious! 


I kept eating and eating that I forgot to thank Keira for cooking me dinner and staying with me . I raised my head up and looked at her and to my surprise she's eating slowly , Hmm weird . 



" Hey thanks for the food and thanks for cleaning my room also " I smiled at her whole-heartedly and she gave me a hesitant smile . She's been like that since I asked her on how she know that I'm the one who kicked the door down . 



" By the way , you didn't answer my question earlier " I said and looked at her and I can tell she gasped lightly and still remained her composure



" just a wild guess " She replied simply and shrugged 

Okay...now i'm suspicious of her 



After we ate , Keira didn't utter any word to me and I'm worried about it . She quickly put all the dishes on the sink and washed it . Actually she's kinda ignoring my prescence or maybe she's in a bad mood ? i don't know . 



Should I ask her what's bothering her ? She's my bestfriend after all , one question won't hurt at all right ? 



And now she's in the living room , flipping throughout some channels . I went to her and sat by her side . I inhaled deeply couraging myself to ask her about something . 



" Hey Keira , you've been quiet awhile ago....Is something bothering you ? " I asked with big concern over her and she looked at me and smiled 



" oh me ? nah nothing at all by the way what happened ? tell me " Keira ordered like a boss 



Whew~! finally she talked! 



" Well here's what happen....." I told her the whole story and I noticed Keira froze at her spot when I told the part where I saw the man's symbol on his hands and i'm soo getting suspicious of her actions . 


 

Does she know who is the man ? Is she involved in this ? No she can't be , she's been my bestfriend since i was 6 




" Then what are you gonna do ? " Keira raised an eyebrow at me in an answer-me way and I pondered for awhile and suddenly the light bulb inside my mind finally lit up 



 

" I'm going to find that guy and bring back my painting then I'll find my one true love " I declared and pumped my fist into the air and I quickly ran to my room and started packing my stuff . 




I keep going in and out of my walk-in closet holding two handfuls of clothes to bring . Keira then showed up on my room trying to get my attention to stop . Right then , she blocked my way to my closet . I didn't say any word , I just shoved her out of the way . 



" Jaemin would you please stop ! " Keira yelled which made me stop my steps and I turned around and looked at her 




" Jaemin you can't do that ! please don't " Keira begged 




" I'm sorry Keira but I can't stop myself , I need to get back what is mine " I said as I slumped my bag over my shoulder filled with stuffs I need for my adventure such as food , snacks , money , camera , my cellphone , pepper spray , key to my house , picture of me and Keira and especially the drawing of the man's symbol on his hands for confirmation .



Keira couldn't fight me anymore , so she just agreed in the end . Before I left the house , I first bid goodbye to Keira and her parents . I kept my apartment  safe and well-protected for I asked some close neighbors to check my apartment for once in awhile they even asked where i'm going but I just said that i'll be back soon and they didn't pushed more questions since they don't want to intrude to my private life .




/sigh/ I can do this! fighting!
