A/N: i know, i know. this is a day early. but i have a family thing tomorrow that gonna take up my whole day (or at least close to it) so......i feel like posting a day early is better then posting a day late.

This was going to be glorious.

All the pieces of the plan were falling into place.

Soon, the blood bath would begin.

Jihoo grinned brightly as he walked down the halls of his home, coming to a stop before the door leading to his parent’s room. Glancing around to ensure he wasn’t being watched, he unlocked the doors and entered.

“Oh mother,” he smiled at the large family portrait hanging on the wall across from the bed, “father, I’m so sorry. It’s been ages since I last visited you. Do forgive me, my plans are finally falling into place.”

He got no answer, but it wasn’t like he expected one.

After all, his parents were long dead and he didn’t have the gift of seeing the dead. But he imagined that they were probably there, watching him constantly.

Watching their killer constantly.

Yes, the rumor about him having a hand in the death of his mother and father was very much the truth. It had been one of his people who’d run the pair off the road that day, dragging them out of the water and shooting them both in the head before trying to hide their bodies. It was a shame that those bodies had been found, but at least his friends within the SBIP had buried all evidence that the bodies belong to his parents. All official reports said that it wasn’t them.

Too bad some didn’t buy it, but they weren’t his problem.

What was his problem was that he had yet to find his baby brother.

The child hadn’t been in the car with his parents, his employee would have found him. Te only ones in that car when it went off the road were Mr. Kim and his wife.

So then, where was his little brother?

Jihoo scowled at that. He hated not knowing something like that. No doubt those who stood against him would use it against him should they find out. If he was especially unlucky, they would find his lost brother and train him to fight. Not that it would do much good, Jihoo would just rip the little brat’s heart out.

That made him smile.

Sori would feel awful if she brought his brother into the battle just to see him die. Maybe he should hope that she did find out about the boy, hope that she found him and brought him into this war. It would make destroying her so much easier.

“Oh mother,” Jihoo laughed, “father, I wonder if I should give Sori a tip about my little brother. Maybe send her on a quest to find him. She might even bring him into this war, wave him right in front of me like it would throw me off my game or something. I know you two did something to hide him from me, to keep him safe. I would so enjoy destroying your last tie to this world. You’re precious baby boy.”

Jihoo laughed, enjoying the idea of killing his brother.

The ghosts of his parents watched their eldest son laugh, sharing worried gazes.

It was true, they had worked hard to hide their youngest child from Jihoo’s grasp. They had caught wind of his plans for them and decided that they would never let their baby fall victim to the same fate. That was why they had been where they had been when their car crashed into the river. They had been delivering their son to people who would look after him.

Well, they hoped he would be looked after. The human foster home would, at the very least, keep him off of his brother’s radar. Jihoo had no care for humans, never had or would. So he would never know if a young boy showed up in an orphanage at the same time they were killed.

The parents shared a look before going to check on their son.
