At School:
When you arrive at school, don't just sit there and wait for the teacher to come. Walk around the school with your friends until the bell rings. I do that everyday^^. you could only do that when you come EARLY~
At Home:
When you arrive home from school, mall etc. Rest for 30 minutes first then start dancing for 1 hour if you can :3 If me i do dancing 6 hours a day, After dancing you could go out to run or walk for 4km..Do this everyday!
Drink Water:
Drink water everyday! Even if you drink 1 cup is okay but try to drink at least 5-7 cups a day, Before you could eat anything heavy drink 2 cups of water, you could drink jucie too^^.
Do Yoga:
If you know how to do yoga then go for it^^, Do it at least 30 minutes a day.
