Chanyeol was my classmate for 1 year and we didn’t contact after that year. But recently, before he went into the army, he came to talk to me about random stuff and even played some online games together. A week before his enlisting, I told him that I am craving to go ice skating at the nearest ice rink but no one wanted to follow along so he agreed. Within the next hour, we met up at that ice rink and just went for a skate.

At first, I just took it as to fulfill my craving. But thinking back, it was somehow an unexpected date but not in a liking way. It was really a fun experience as we joked around on the ice rink. If others didn’t know, they might think that we are a couple since we skate side by side and play around like a childish couple, pushing each other.

After he went into the army, he still continued to message me at night to disturb me and complain how hard the training was. Just like that, Chanyeol slowly became my best friend who always complains about army stuff.
