Flashback;

“I want to get my snacks before I go home. So you can go first. See you.” I waved to my friend as we parted. We went out for a karaoke session for 6 hours straight and sang with all our hearts. Although I am having slight sore throat right now, I am still craving for some snacks. So I went to the super market to shop for some before going home. Tonight, it’s time to meet Chanyeol again. He said he will be coming over at about an hour after dinner to go out with me on a midnight date. My parents trusted him so much that they even asked us to have fun when we go out late at night. They knew Chanyeol can’t do anything much to me since in their eyes, he is just an innocent 21 years old teenager who doesn’t know anything.

“Hmmmm…” I tapped my chin as I am deciding on which pack of potato chips should I get. Without wasting too much time, I just grab the few packs that I always eat while waiting for Chanyeol to visit and went to the counter to pay up. I happily swing the bags as I skipped my way home.

Passing by the fitness corner, I’ve noticed that there is something different with it today. There is no bird chipping at all. Normally in the evening, those noisy birds will be chipping non-stop for hours until the night falls. Many people like to come here and feed those birds, so they stayed at this area after that. But for today, it’s totally silence. No one is working out and no bird is in sight. Since I still have time before dinner, I decided to check it out. Wrong decision.

I slowly walked over towards the trees and kept looking around for any sign of birds but none of the trees has any. I stretched my neck but still nothing. That’s when I saw the leaves on the ground starting to spin in circles as if the wind is playing with it.

“Is Sehun here?” I raised a brow and chuckled at my own joke as I shook my head. Just when I am about to turn around to leave, a strange force pulled me into the circle of spinning leaves. I panicked but I was too late. I got into another world and I froze the moment I realized I am no longer at the fitness corner.

“Where am I?” I stood up and brushed all the dirt away from my pants. I’m surrounded by red sand and there is no sun or whatever. It’s just an empty desert with a huge tomb in the middle of nowhere. It is red all around and I began to shiver in fear. I walked around the tomb area to find any more of those wind portals that brought me here but to my luck, nothing. The only thing I could do is to open to tomb to see what’s inside because I think if I walked out into the desert, there will be a lower chance of me surviving.

“YAH! SEHUN! KAI! IT’S NOT FUNNY! BRING ME BACK!!!!” I shouted as loud as I could but not even an echo was heard. Then a knock was heard from the tomb and I jumped in shock. Okay. So now I am only left with opening the tomb as a choice. If not I’ll die and never see my Happy Virus again.

“Here goes.” I swallowed hard as I put my hand on the cold cover of the tomb. I slowly lifted it up with one eye open and welcoming me is a floating black ball. I raised a brow as I judged it carefully. After a few seconds of hesitation, I reached out my hand towards it. That’s when the ball decided to change its form into liquid form and spread itself all over my hand. I panicked as I quickly rubbed and shook the liquid away and it disappeared instantly. I felt a sharp pain coming from my hand shooting right up my arm. The pain spread itself in my body and I screamed. My legs gave away and caused me to fall forward. I shut my eyes forcefully as the pain reaches my head and giving up, my brain shut down causing me to faint.

After a 5 minutes nap, I finally can feel myself getting back to normal. I slowly opened my eyes and found out that I’m back in the fitness corner, sleeping on the bench. It’s dark already. I sat up and looked at the time, it’s after dinner already! With my widened eyes, I quickly dashed home. I can’t believe I’ve been asleep for 3 hours! It felt like a 5 minutes nap but I guess time flies when you are sleeping. I looked at my hand but there is no stain of that black liquid or whatever it is. I assumed it was just a dream and I’ve been napping at the fitness corner’s bench.

That night, I ate dinner faster. 2 times faster in fact. I don’t know why I am so hungry but whatever my mother gave me, I ate it all! I had to even lie to my mother that I’m full to not freak her out since I’ve already ate 3 times the amount that I normally ate.

“I’ll go to my room. Call me when Chanyeol arrives.” I hugged the pack of potato chips as I walked to my room. I continued to examine my hand as I can’t believe that I dreamt of something so scary.

“HAPPY VIRUS!!” Chanyeol called as he stood at my room door. I turned up from computer screen with a wide smile upon his call.

“You’re finally here!” I stood up as he ran towards me for a hug. But before he can touch me, a force repelled the both of us apart and I fell to the ground while he knocked onto the wall hard. With widened eyes, both of us are confused of what happened.

“Are you okay?” Chanyeol ran over but was shoved back onto the wall as he tried to get close. I suddenly feel weak and dizzy. So I closed my eyes as I lay on the floor. “What happened?” he rubbed his back as he walked closer but not touching me.

“I don’t know.” I replied and slowly open my eyes. He wanted to pull me up but the moment I reached out my hand, it was forcefully thrown to the floor. There is a force repelling us and preventing us from touching each other. So I slowly sat up on my own as Chanyeol kept tapping his chin to recall of his whereby.

“I didn’t leave EXO Planet after the last time we met. So there is no reason that we will have such problem. Unless it’s the visitors from Rico. But I didn’t have much contact with them either.” Chanyeol reported as he knitted his brows together. “Did you go anywhere other than school?”

“Not really. Just the Karaoke shop and cinemas.” I pouted as I track back the places I’ve been to. Then the desert flashed across my mind and I widened my eyes. “Maybe it’s the black ball or liquid or whatever it is!”

“What black ball?” Chanyeol sat beside me and tried to maintain himself from not touching me.

“I don’t know whether it is a dream or reality because I ended up waking up on the bench of the fitness corner. I went to the fitness corner before I came home from the Karaoke shop and I found a weird wind portal that me into another world. It was a red desert with a tomb in the middle of nowhere. Then when I opened the cover, there is a floating black ball and it changed into a black liquid thingy that soaked my hand when I wanted to touch it.”

“Why would you want to touch something unknown?”

“I was panicking! There is nowhere to go but to open the tomb. I didn’t know what to do because I don’t want to die in there. And I want to see you tonight.” I frowned as I lowered my head.

Chanyeol saw me frowning and moved close, wanted to hug me, but he was once again being shoved onto the wall hard that he shot up angrily. “WE NEED LAY!”

And with that, I am now lying on the metal table where I first lied when I met Chanyeol, surrounded with a lime-coloured force field.

Author's Note: For those who watched Thor 2, this might looks similar because I'm inspired by the movie. But changing here and there by a little bit. And I can't believe I still continued on this Chanyeol thingy after so long >< Thanks to all the people who read the previous 3 FFs! *bow 90 degrees* My update will be at random rate because I'm busy with work now.
