[pluh-see-boh] noun: a substance having no pharmacological effect but given merely to satisfy a patient whosupposes it to be a medicine.

I glued shards of crystals together to be the light in your dark. 

But as the pieces fell, one by one, so do you into the depths of my lies.

The cracks are where your blood seeps through, the hurt and pain of the wounds that no one can heal. 

But maybe if you believe I was never here, 

 

I'll have time to build you the reality you wanted.
